The location of the property is good with lot of food options nearby. The deluxe room is a quite small room with a decent bathroom attached. It looked bigger in the pictures. But the facilities was satisfactory. The AC worked fine and the bathroom fittings and heater etc. were working perfectly. Perfect for a solo stay. Deluxe room would not be suitable for a family owing to its small size. Do book a bigger room if you are travelling with family. The staff was very friendly. Do keep note: the property does not provide any toiletries, so do carry toothpaste, brush and soaps.

The room size is quite small which cannot be deciphered from the pictures. No toiletries provided. Toiletries are a basic necessity and should be included within the price.

cold breakfast(dosa) with very very limited options...so we skipped that breakfast and opted to have it outside. Everything was good except for the breakfast. since many eateries nearby, it wasn't a major issue

The ease of access to amenities around the hotel.

May be with stay planned for more than 3 days by any traveller, the breakfast could have been auto included into the package. This would really help the people planning for longer stays.

The location is great and everything is in walking distance. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Certainly will return again and will stay at this Hotel whenever travelling to Bangalore. Highly recommended.

Best budgeted Hotel, Reasonable tariff, Location, Friendly staff.

No such things that I didn't like. But few suggestions : Break fast menu, can be increase, for a delightful stay. There is always scope for improvement.

Smell in Washroom when the exhaust turned on.

Location is good. Staff behaviour was pleasing and was always ready to help..

The bedsheet, blanket, towel etc was not up to the standard even though they were clean.

The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfast is very modest. The rooms are small. I didn't realise that I had booked the smallest room there. They said they have 2 such rooms. Something I didn't realise while booking. It's still good option to stay.

The washroom is modest. Can't expect a luxury kind here. Mentioning this since my expectations were a bit different. However nothing wrong with the Hotel.

Excellent location. Good wifi speed. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The breakfast served was mediocre at best. The walls are not sound proof, so you hear everything and at times the unavailability of reception desk was an issue.

Staff is absolutely the best part of this hotel. It was my 3rd stay here and the staff were so friendly and helpful in every aspect.

Breakfast options are very limited. There are plethora of cafe/pubs/restaurants nearby so it won't be a problem.
