Location & Cleanliness

I am a regular patron of this property for the last 3 years. I love the location and cleanliness of the property. Off late, they started insisting to pay additional money for credit card usage (3%). Apart from that, they push you to cancel the booking on the App and go for direct. I suggest them to have their own website booking option to book directly. If we call them for booking directly, they insist to pay for atleast one day stay in advance. My travel plan might change in the last hour and thats why I prefer Booking App for easy date change etc. A nice property. I would love come back. Hope they address these issues for a better experience.

Room is actually very good,clean and fresh. Staffs are very kind and they respond immediately to resolve if anything is not okay. Room service is actually too good. Safety and privacy is guaranteed.

There were little things was not okay,like bathroom lock was broken and TV satellite set-up box connection was not working properly. Otherwise everything was very good and comfortable.

Fantastic place. Really loved the ambiance, the place is in a surprisingly quiet area. The staff is just great! I had difficulty communicating with the Uber and Swiggy people, the staff talked to them on my behalf and not just that, one person actually accompanied me to the next street to get into a cab. These guys do an extra mile and a half on customer service!

Wi-Fi could have been better, they give you these passwords which expire every time there is a power outage, may be its my bad luck, the power went quite a few times causing to reset the wifi password, after asking them for a new one and using my two day password, I figured it was better to use my phone as a hotspot.

The Calm Ambience, The Attention to detail by the Staffs, Hospitality by the folks namely the one in restaurant Mr Johnson, and the front desk Mr Himanshus (both of them) were BEST of the BEST. I would be a regular visitor to this place no matter whenever i visit Bangalore.

Nothing as of such cos it's a pleasant and peaceful stay and i felt safe also.

The WiFi was bit slow and the hot water was just Luke warm

Loved the location and the comfort of the room. Smaller than expected, but cozy and Good value for money.

the property is neatly well kept and the location is the best pasty of it. people are nice the staff I mean

food. you could definitely do better for basic things like idli and sambar

I visited Koramangala with my families suddenly I got to know about this new hotel. Rooms were well kept and really large. The food was amazing, especially at 7grills restaurant. Whatever was ordered in room service was delicious too. Good facilities with cheap prices. It is a elegance hotel and they don't make you feel like you are just another guest. Thankyou so much to everyone will visit again Will definitely refer to my family and friends.

Value for money hotel.i really loved this hotel.staff was very hard working and caring.very neat and well maintained.i would highly recommend this hotel.very well behaved staff specifically the reception.Mr komal in night shift and the day duty staff very helpful.they have gone out of way to help and accommodate me during weird timing of arrival. Thanks alot team

They should arrange transport when requested after gust arrived can ask for payment not before that This should be important specially who is coming from other countries he will be not have any idea about the location and taxi arrangements
