Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of choice of Indian and Western dishes, plenty of fresh fruit. Meals were also good. A bonus that the rooms are studio apartments, very spacious with dining table, kitchenette, large lounge area and big bedroom. Minimal utensils, pans and crockery in kitchenette but more could be requested from Reception. Generous supply of safe water in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A quiet environment in a side road - we had views of trees from our balcony. Beds very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The pool, one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel (apart from its location near friends), was closed for renovation. This was not communicated to us until we were shown to our room by a relatively inexperienced receptionist with less command of English (and only when we asked about opening times). It was only at the end of our stay that the checkout receptionist told us that they had arranged for guests to use a pool at another hotel. The dining room echoes a lot so is very noisy, made worse by the muzak being played at rather more than background level.

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy. The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner. The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday. Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out. The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.

Nothing in particular as the location suited our plans to visit family, some of whom were within walking distance and some quite easily accessible using Uber. There are some restaurants within waliking distance but others again accessible via Uber.

The restaurant staff were excellent. Imanual and the team did everything to make our meals at the restaurant an enjoyable experience. The food was really good. The hotel is located in a better part of Bangalore. The rooms were clean and we were upgraded. We used the spa and it was great.

We booked half board and at checking it was not made clear that a la cart was not part of the package. Perhaps it was our fault that we also did not check, so we had to pay for one night meal. Bit annoying but the lady receptionist did her best.

I was only here for a night, was looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay before my flight the next day. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable with all facilities that I required for my stay. Snacks were brought up to my room and a gift offered to me upon departing which was a nice gesture.

Difficult to find parking, my partner and I came with a private car and most of the spots were taken, eventually the staff helped us find a place to park. Would have been nice if they let us know where to park so as to avoid us having to loop back around again.

Cleanliness of the facility, attentive staff. Excellent response to our needs with top-notch care. Right after our check-in, we received an automated email from the hotel to evaluate the check-in process. We also felt that the hotel was willing to catch and improve even small issues, both in terms of technology and manpower. As a parting gift, we were also pleased to receive a fine soap made by socially vulnerable women (as explained to us by the manager). It was heartwarming to know that someone in a position of corporate authority made a decision with the welfare of society in mind and provided quality, practical gift to the guests. (As a parent, it gave me the opportunity to explain to my child what an ideal leadership looks like.. so thank you fot that.) We'll definitely revisit the premise if we were in the area.

If you choose half board, you may want to go for a la carte as there is not much variety in the food. There is loud party music in the restaurant, which may be a bit too much for those who prefer a quieter environment... We requested a change to in-room dining, and the staff was very accommodating.

Clean and very hospitable place

The food was expensive and there is no decent food outlets at walkable distance. It will be better to order online from outside. Or cook inside as all rooms are equipped with good kitchen facilities and fridge and Hot plate and oven.

This is an amazing Property. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff - Sushmita and Anirban have been fabulous! They go out of their way to make the hues feel comfortable. These are mostly ensuite rooms and are impeccably clean, well stocked and aesthetic. it’s situated in leafy Koramanagala so the views are lovely - also, you have so many restaurants and cafés nearby!

I wish the coffee shop would open up soon!

The food was very nice . the room was very comfortable and family friendly.All the facilities and services were nice .The location of the restaurant was pleasant surrounded by trees .The morning is the best time to go walking in the pleasant location .

Thanks for the checkin Agent. I was upgraded to the updated Room. Besides the updated room the older rooms are not upto standard and not worth the value.

the Bathrooms need to be more lit up and updated.
