Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of choice of Indian and Western dishes, plenty of fresh fruit. Meals were also good. A bonus that the rooms are studio apartments, very spacious with dining table, kitchenette, large lounge area and big bedroom. Minimal utensils, pans and crockery in kitchenette but more could be requested from Reception. Generous supply of safe water in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A quiet environment in a side road - we had views of trees from our balcony. Beds very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The pool, one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel (apart from its location near friends), was closed for renovation. This was not communicated to us until we were shown to our room by a relatively inexperienced receptionist with less command of English (and only when we asked about opening times). It was only at the end of our stay that the checkout receptionist told us that they had arranged for guests to use a pool at another hotel. The dining room echoes a lot so is very noisy, made worse by the muzak being played at rather more than background level.

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy. The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner. The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday. Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out. The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.

Nothing in particular as the location suited our plans to visit family, some of whom were within walking distance and some quite easily accessible using Uber. There are some restaurants within waliking distance but others again accessible via Uber.

We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay at Grand Mercure. The rooms were well-maintained and the overall ambiance of the hotel made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. We would like to extend our special thanks to Manager Saumalya and Avneet for their exceptional hospitality and for taking personal care of our requests. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to visiting again and would gladly recommend Grand Mercure to friends and family.

The rooms are renovated very nicely, the bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, special thanks to the front office staff and to the restaurant staff Xavier and special thanks to Chef Vilas that made our stay more joyful and comfortable.

The bar area on the pool side was under renovation, for sure in my next stay we will enjoy it more the pool Side area that was missing this stay.

The restaurant staff were excellent. Imanual and the team did everything to make our meals at the restaurant an enjoyable experience. The food was really good. The hotel is located in a better part of Bangalore. The rooms were clean and we were upgraded. We used the spa and it was great.

We booked half board and at checking it was not made clear that a la cart was not part of the package. Perhaps it was our fault that we also did not check, so we had to pay for one night meal. Bit annoying but the lady receptionist did her best.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Grand Mercure! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Avneet and Gerald for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. Their thoughtful gesture of offering a complimentary late check-out made my stay even more special and stress-free.

This was my first stay at this property. Mr Zenith & Mr Avneet Singh both were very accommodating and made it a very pleasant and memorable stay. Lovely property with lot of greenery around, the food was fantastic too :) Thank you Grand Mercure Team I look forward to visit again soon. Ms Gautam

I was only here for a night, was looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay before my flight the next day. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable with all facilities that I required for my stay. Snacks were brought up to my room and a gift offered to me upon departing which was a nice gesture.

Difficult to find parking, my partner and I came with a private car and most of the spots were taken, eventually the staff helped us find a place to park. Would have been nice if they let us know where to park so as to avoid us having to loop back around again.

I had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Grand Mercure. The location is perfect and the stay was extremely comfortable. A special thanks to Avneet for the warm hospitality and for offering me a complimentary dinner and it truly made my experience even more memorable. Looking forward to visiting again.
