Super courteous staff and they assisted me with the checkin at very odd hour - 3 AM. The breakfast quality was good, with some scope of improvement. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helped me with my meals and were always eager for the feedback.. Big thanks to them. Every evening I would hang out with my partner around the swimming pool, which was very soothing and romantic. The location being odd, I was worried about the taxi for airport, which was promptly arranged by the staff at a reasonable price. Thank you very much Halcyon team.

I used to take the staircase to the ground floor as this seemed to be the easiest access for my room- I found the aisles and stairs unkept and dusty. The lift close to my room was not functional too..

Housekeeping was very prompt and ensured cleanliness of the room. Overall good value for money. Front desk Rehman was very helpful and prompt.

The security at the entrance gate kept me waiting for more than 15 mins and did not allow me to initial park my car at the facility inspite of having got special permission and also showing the reservation and confirmation of parking special request. This was not a good experience even before I can check in to the hotel that also after reaching the hotel after a long 6 hrs drive and reached hotel around 9pm in the evening. The security then called the front desk and allowed to park in the basement. They definitely need better training at the security gate as to how to treat the guests to ensure a smooth experience

Excellent spread with lots of choices for breakfast

I couldn't get hot water in the shower.There was one light in the common area in room 102 that wouldn't shut off as it was somehow rigged into the same plug as a table lamp which had its own switch and so could be turned on and off but on the second day the the bulb had died which didn't bother us and so I didn't report to the front desk.

Great breakfast. Very helpful reception team who found me a single room despite my making a mistake in online booking. He understood it and offered his best. I wish I knew his name so I can thank him in person here.

Halcyon was better than I’d expected! I stayed in a 1bhk unit that I had all to myself - that amount of space at this price in this location is a fantastic deal!

The unit would get too cold inspite of much fiddling with AC consoles. Being able to add certain channel on cable (on payment) would be really great!

There were no cutlery and crockery. They had provided micro wave. But without crockery it was of no use. The electronic vault was not working. Bathrobe was not provided. Bathtub had no stop cork .

The accommodation was amazing. Super spacious and clean rooms, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. They are always available and keeps guests happy.

The breakfast is really really bad, we have stayed there twice for more than 15 days and both times the food was not good. The rooms are kept clean but a few drapes are dusty. For long stays, the mattress is not very comfortable, they are pretty old and needs to be changed.

The place had a very homely feel, and the staff went all out to make my stay very comfortable
