Excellent staffs at the location. Gladwin, Vignesh and Jameer were too good. They were very caring, great respect and always checks with us if they can do anything to make our experience better. Jameer in cafeteria is great because his patience in refiling the food and any request to serve is well taken and delivered without any hesitation.

Room is much bigger however the AC is pretty old and it takes a significant amount of time for the entire room to get cooled. It would be great if the AC is replaced with latest version to better suit the room.

Located in a serene,cool place amidst palm trees.The room was very spacious and like a suite room.The food ordered to the room was warm and tasty.All basic amenities were provided.Located in the centre of the city near Sony world signal and hence convenient to go to different places.Staff was very helpful and cooperative.Overall pleasant stay.

Items usable in the rest room like basic soap,brushing kit etc to be included and hygiene of the bathrooms can be further improved.

Nothing much. Only once the staff asked if they can show our room to an other guest but we declined it . Everything else was good.

We wish there was more furniture in the room. Like a chair or sofa. Even though we checked in at 10pm we had to check out two days later at 11am.. we wasn’t comfortable.

Very helpful, courteous and pleasant staff. Spacious room, comfortable clean stay. Though limited in choice, they serve delicious breakfast. Good location and easy to commute.

Clean, spacious rooms with attached kitchen counter. Loved the room and the food (including the complementary buffet breakfast) was really good.

Hotel service staff had to be reminded every now and then to clean the room.
