First off, the hotel's location is really good. Right at the heart of Koramangala, and super close to a lot of restaurants! The rooms were neat, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also super clean. A super comfortable stay! The staff at the hotel were also courteous, helpful and friendly-- Yash, and Hassan were there to help us out with whatever we needed. A huge thanks to them! Lastly, the security guard (sorry, I missed getting his name) at Alchemy Suites was one of the sweetest persons, always ready to help us with parking our car in the basement, or taking care of it if it was on the street, and also helping my grandma get up and down the stairs! Thank you so much for that.

It was a bit tricky to lock the room doors, the latch was not working. This was just a minor hiccup, nothing that hindered our experience though. But would really suggest looking into it, it helps us feel safer if we are able to put the latch up!

The room was super clean and organized. The main advantage is that parking was available. Bathroom was clean with hot water running always.

They were renovating their restaurant which was not mentioned while booking and couldn't get proper meals. Also in the app, its mentioned we had to pay 299 for breakfast but at the hotel we paid for every breakfast we got.

The staff was polite, all facilities were available. Room was clean. Hotel is in a prime Location. All cafes, pubs, restaurants are close by.

I wanted to watch the TV but they did not have any subscription for the channels.

The front desk staff, Mr. Vinod and Mr. Keerthi, were great ambassadors of hospitality. The support staff was always obliging, co-operative, and friendly and ensured our comfortable stay. The restaurant's food had good value for money.

Restaurant service can be better. Limited options exist for South Indian meals.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and excellent housekeeping service.

Extremely helpful staffs and very friendly reception. Clean room and neat covered parking. Compact room for the affordable package and they give their best for your pay.

Try not to order food in the restaurant as they are not excel, I felt the food taste was not good. Food seemed to to processed or reheated. Food not worst but not upto the other services i got.

Quiet clean room.

The food was really bad. The coffee was like sugar syrup. Cheese omelette was extremely salty as if they were getting the salt free. All over the food was all bad.

It was a great stay. Everything was good @ Alchemy Suits, My room was 310, Room was good, clean, fresh and big enough. AC, tv, fan everything was working perfectly. Bathroom was also big with bathtub 🛁. Service was fast. Enjoyed the stay. Recommend to everyone.

If they could have given compilmentary breakfast for the first day atleast through online booking and 1 small refrigerator and bell is required in all rooms

Clean rooms and great staff! Specially at main reception and Lal singh in pantry. Great job guys! Keep the cleanliness up.
