All the amenities n facilities and hospitality was very good . Staffs were very friendly and made us feel comfortable . Good service overall . But car parking is a big concern . So check with the property about the parking before check in .

It was a nice stay neat and clean. After booking i saw a few reviews most of them rated very badly and I was scared as i paid online and thought to take the risk. But it was different when I went there. Very neatly maintained room washroom was as clean as in the images.

Almost everything was good except TV It was not working. I was not concerned about that as i am not interested.

the staff ( especially night shift person ) very rude . when I asked for a clean towel & it’s for double occupancy still I was provided only single towel so after my work reached hotel and ask for a fresh towel but he denied to provide . when I told him it’s double occupancy & my colleague did not stayed .

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location made travel around Rome very easy and affordable.
