This is the 5th time I'm staying here (in a span of one year) at Olive Koramangala. And everytime I stay here, I get a horrible smell from the bathroom tap water, flush and hand shower. Smells extremely disgusting like sewage water. Only few of the rooms have this smell problem (I've stayed on all the floors) And everytime I've complained, the staff has been kind enough to shift me to a different room. However, this time they didn't do that. Sleeping in a room with that smell is like torture. And when we checked out in the morning, the male receptionist was very arrogant and didn't let us leave until he called the staff to check the room and see if everything was in place. This was very weird because the previous receptionist never did that to us. We've stayed here 5 times and she was extremely sweet. The property is extremely clean, and the service is great. The only problem I have is the sewage smell in the bathroom. I just wish they fix that smell. It's been a year and it's still the same. Apart from this issue, everything else is just perfect.

The property is good and centrally located. Staff is excellent... I had a wonderful experience with Nagaraj, Karishma & Prithvi. The remaining staff were equally helpful and friendly. To me, each of the staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my comfort.

I feel for the price we pay, charging us extra for 2 bottles of water could be omitted. I remember having ordered 3 extra bottles on one of the days and not ordering for another 2 days, yet I was charged for the extra bottles ordered. Here doing a simple calculation that order 3 on one day and not order for another 2 days balances out the same. Anyways, this is what I felt ... this could go under the rug as trivial

Extremely clean hotel. The bed was so clean. And the entire room looked so cute. Really loved how everything was placed. Location is also great. Lot of nice restaurants around the hotel.

The bathroom smell was absolutely disgusting. The water from the hand shower and sink smells like sewage. Even after telling the staff about this issue, it wasn't really fixed. The smell was absolutely over powering. Even after closing our noses with a cloth, you can smell it. Luckily you don't get that smell all day. It mostly smells only when you use the water. Only because of this issue i won't be coming back here.

It is a neatly maintained property at a nice location. The room is very pleasant with nice money plant and a plate , spoons and forks that is useful if you order food through apps. there is a coffee and snacks vending machine at the reception but i did not try to use it. The TV in the room was big - I think 43 inches

TV should have regular Dish TV providers like Tata Sky rather than the smart tv apps as it is very difficult to choose and use . They should allow early check in without charging additional for people who reach early. People opt for low occupancy and cheaper hotels when they cant get an early check in.

I had a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay at Olive Zip, Koramangala. The place was well-maintained, neat, and offered a modern aesthetic that made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The location is another major plus. Nestled in the heart of Koramangala, it’s surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and everything you could need within walking distance—yet it remains peaceful enough to get a good night’s rest.

Olive Zip Koramangala 4th block was a beautiful surprise: we didn’t expect to stay in such a good hotel, with the most friendly staff for the price paid! The hotel is very clean, the room is also very clean and the staff is the most friendly we met so far in India. If you are staying in Bangalore, don’t think twice! Go straight to Olive Zip!

firstly the property is spik and span. Staff is super friendly and always there to address any concerns. Room was very nice and cosy, bathroom was quite big and was above expectations. I booked it coz it was near my office, and it really solved the purpose.

I found everything upto the mark.

We stayed here with a last minute booking due to our new rental home being incomplete for move-in. The staff was warm, welcoming, very accommodating with us extending our stay, and being here allowed us to test and decompress after a very stressful day running up and down from our new home. The rooms were modern, clean, fully functional and very comfortable. Would highly recommended.

Entire staff was really hospitable and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff and cleanliness of rooms was definitely the highlight.

Had a bit of issues with flushing in the toilet, did not seem to work 2-3 times. Shower pressure also seem to increase and reduce randomly while I was taking a shower.

Recently,I stayed at Olive Zip for my 10 days trip in Bangalore. Everything amazing staffs and services,especially the manager is very kind and highly professional hence soon I will return to meet the lovely team.
