Service and comfort and basic room facilities were good. Location is very good. Friendly and respectful staff. Safe for women travellers.

Breakfast was very disappointing and room service options like dental kit/shower kit etc can be made better. The toilet seat can be kept more serviced. Although it was clean and hygienic enough, some iron stains remain.

I didn't get any breakfast I paid for breakfast but they denied they don't have breakfast facility it was disappointing

They refused no breakfast after taking payment included with breakfast

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Room were clean, staff were supportive, breakfast was served hot on demand, and the best part of this hotel is it’s location.

there was nothing that we didn’t like, but a suggestion if they could provide rooms 24 hours basis, that would be a best thing and to stand out from other hotels.

Breakfast was great and staff was helpful. It is located in one of best place to be in Bangalore. Plenty of food options nearby. Scenic parks and great atmosphere around.

Polite and helpful staffs.Hotel was brand new and quite spacious. Bathrooms were clean and big. Excellent location. It's just a minute away from the busy area but at the same time in a quiet location. Good value for money. I will definitely book this place if i visit Bangalore again..
