Booked thru booking.com, after that OYO sent message with booking details by message and email and asked to make advance payment. We made advance payment and got confirmationcall from Oyo. When we reached hotel there was no booking and the receptionist told, they don't accept Oyo booking. Staff Insulted and we came out and took rooms in another hotel with high rent.

No toilet flush working, no AC control working, no water, kettle for tee/coffee served, no tv working, etc Charged double amount at arrival.

The staff is so dumb that during stay of 2 days they didn't even returned the aadhar card given at the time of checking in. No service at all. It just a place to spend some time. Pathetic.
