Location.

I had specified about cleanliness when I booked, however the pillow covers were not clean and had hair strands on them. The toilet didn't seem to be clean, especially the commode.the toilet had a mushy smel. No soaps or towel were provided. The receptionist seemed to be lost. Both the time times when we checked in and checked out he was away from the desk. Seemed like he was not informed or aware of our visit.

Asked more than the booking price. Didn't not allow once I reach location it was late i reached 10 pm so option to change stay

I have booked AC room but they provided non AC room that too 4th floor. We literally felt that is not worth for.

There is nothing impressive about the property no elevator services I had to take the stairs till the 4th floor and inadequate water facilities and unsupportive and non friendly staff

As mentioned above nothing was liked and room floor was too dirty not even cleaned and there was huge garbage dump under the bed

I'm not like anything.... very bad room not clean, bad smell, bed sheet not clean full of dirty, bath room pipe full damage water does not come properly......
