Room was spacious, maybe coz it was double deluxe and very clean. Service was excellent, very nice staff. Didn't hv any issue with early check in and little late checkout. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Didn't visit their restaurant but had ordered room service. The dishes were good esp veg Pulao and mocktails also. Will definitely suggest to try this place if u r in kengeri. It's worth the money.

Bathroom lighting was poor. Can't think of anything else. Please keep up the good work.

Location was good, staff is polite and courteous, service is very good. Complimentary breakfast options were good - dosa, paratha, toast, omelette etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Treebo did not register partial payment that I paid online. Staff at front desk were not aware of this. Had to WhatsApp the screentshot of partial payment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and washroom were well cleaned.

I loved this hotel. The room was very very clean with locker and high speed wifi. Very easy to find the location. Restaurant inside is also good. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

The best hotel l've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.

Its a fantastic hotel that comes for such value for money pricing. All the hotels increase price the moment you add 1 kid to selection of spouse. But this one did not do so. The rooms were great and they have a very good restaurant too and the food is awesome. The complementary breakfast was very delicious and the staff member who brought it was very polite and helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay and I will recommend coming here to fellow travellers who are looking for an overnight stay or for few days.

The treebo board we nearly missed! Google showed us we have arrived but what was in front of us was called Bistro Global village. later realised Treebo is a franchise so that hotel was part of Treebo unit only and that treebo signage was tucked in a corner. So a suggestion would be to make it more prominent so that it does not get missed :) Also it says car parking available but would like to tell folks that they don't have dedicated car parking. You need to park in a street in front of hotel. I was worried about the safety of the car as I had kept lot of luggage in it since i was staying only for overnite. But I think that area is well lit and all was good :)

Staff members are very polite and prompt in delivering service. Cleanliness is maintained well.
