Phenomenal service and hospitality extended by everyone at the resort. The attention to detail and personalization of services was impeccable! Right from Ritika and Ebenezer at the Front Office, to Hemu and Suraj at Aviary, to Vizo and Chef Saiful at East, Dipesh from Housekeeping, Vineet at Aaleshan and of course Umesh & Manjunath, the buggy chauffeurs, each of these team members contributed to making our anniversary celebration an astounding and memorable one! All of these folks deserve a huge shoutout for their exceptional guest experience as my wife and I truly felt at home! Although this is a stunning property with a serene environment and peaceful atmosphere, we strongly believe that the hospitality and experience delivered by each of the folks named here, made the difference! We are definitely coming back for a longer stay very soon. Kudos to everyone, you deserve it for upholding your company value of pursuing excellence! I must say Mr. Roman Fearon - you have a fantastic team all across the board. They made this stay our most memorable and favourite one, compared to all the luxury 5 stars we’ve stayed at over the last few years. Hats off!

Absolutely nothing!

The resort's location is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene ambiance, making it a great escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The spacious rooms were well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The staff was courteous, and the dining options provided a delightful culinary experience with a wide range of cuisines.

we did encounter one concerning issue. The pool area, which is a major attraction for families, was not well-maintained during our stay. We witnessed an unfortunate incident where a child vomited in the pool, and rather than taking immediate steps to properly clean the pool, it appeared that the mess was mixed in, raising serious concerns about hygiene and pool management.

1. Surprisingly, for a resort of such a reputation when we ordereed two coffees in room-dining, they brought the coffee, filled in two glasses with plastic sealing on top. So the coffee had got cold and also we could not make any delay in consuming it. The least expected was to have it in a flask, more so when we had requested to have it 'extra HOT". 2. We observed that lot of food trays being taken from kitchen to different outdoor areas, for serving and transferring to other serving areas, in open trays without any type of covering on the food. This was again not expected in a hotel of its stature.

Variety. The taste . The staff. Personal attention and meeting all requirements. Staff was very courteous. Particularly Hemu , popy, Even the chef met us to find out what we needed. Other staff and restaurant managers Ranjit sharma and Aparup ghoshand guest relations personnel Pooja chanda shive were all very concerned about our well-being. Ebenezer at the reception made sure of a easy checkout and promise of a comfortable stay next time..

Friendly and very helpful staff who made extra effort to make you comfortable . Food was amazing with a wide variety and is very tasty. Break fast and in house dining in particular is superb. The activities organised was very good with person in charge very competent, helpful and very good in guidance.

Possibility to have the swimming pool heated during the week and not only weekends. Also, to have nanny facilities/ customised programs for kids. Also facility for self service laundry in-house like a laundromat

Absolutely loved the spacious suite rooms with modern and classy interiors. Smart touch controls for every room is a feature I would like to have at my house too! The balconies offered stunning views of the golf course and Nandi hills. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and well organised.Coming to Food, options were plenty and taste was rarely compromised. There are plenty of activities here for each age group and the staff does a commendable job of making guests feel relaxed and entertained.

Excellent location and ambience. Rooms are of decent size and well equipped. Staff is very attentive and service is top-notch. Food options are quite diverse and tasty. Great choice for a weekend getaway from the chaos of Bangalore.

Pool-facing rooms are a little noisy and music is unnecessarily loud. Not great value for money but nothing in Bangalore really is.

Everything .. The way we were greeted at the entrance itself made our day .. The ambience of this place, the hospitality, there was one staff allotted to us, and she (Anju) was constantly in touch with us via whatsapp.. This was new and impressive.. The hotel room was state of the art level .. The activities organised were mind blowing .. We did pottery, canvas painting, Caricature.. The pool was huge, there were snacks arranged by the pool for the guess.. The executive lounge with its unlimited cocktail hour with amazing appetizers, I must make a special mention of the live music that was going on in the lounge .. The musician called my son, taught him a little tabla and sang a song to the tune of it .. The dinner had a huge huge Buffet spread .. What I loved the most was the authentic sound Indian food .. No pretention .. It was much better than the local Sagar restaurant.. This is very rare .. The deserts, the continental cuisine .. Delicious .. The following day, we went to check out the gold court and ended up spending 2 hours there .. This place is a gold mine for both kids and adults .. Must must must visit❤️

Wonderful resort and wonderful stay. The place is beautiful and the staff is excellent as well. This is a real pet friendly place wherein they really do allow pets everywhere and pamper them as well. The temperature controlled pool is awesome and the high-tea is a great fun time too. Food is excellent too and overall a great place from all angles! Loved Alleshan and the Aviary.

Everything was excellent, but the staff stood out the most. Special thanks to Chumbeni from East Restaurant, Sagar from the breakfast buffet and Gandhi from room service. In fact, the entire team was amazing. The room and washroom were great, and the care they provided for the baby was exceptional. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. I would love to return someday.
