This was a very delightful experience.The hotel staff, including the security personnel, were incredibly attentive and friendly. They had a parking space for the vehicles. The check in process was very smooth. The reception staff were very friendly and polite and catered to all my needs efficiently, one of them named Juri stood out with her genuine and exceptional service. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. All the standard amenities were provided to enhance the overall experience. I was delighted to find a selection of tea bags, a kettle, and even extra cutlery, which proved useful when I ordered food from outside. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and delightful stay in Bangalore.

There isn't really anything major. Maybe they could keep towels in the room. Honestly I had mine so I didn't need them.

I liked the rooms, ambiance, and the rooftop where we can eat or work or just spend time with friends. Also, the staff is very friendly and cooperative, especially JURY who takes care of reservations and the reception department. Her nature and treating guests with utmost care was incredible! Kudos to her!

Given the time when I checked in, the room was not ready so I had to wait for more than 1 hour and I booked for 2 days through booking.com and on the last day I wanted to extend till 6 evening since my train timing was in the evening. I requested for 6-hour extension but they asked to pay for a full-day tariff. I paid 2250 for 6 hours which I believe is not worth it, rest everything was good.

The staff behaviour and Manager himself.very nice.i would request all Bangladesh ppl to stay here if came to take treatment in manipal.if u need to stay for 5/7 days and can afford 1/1.5 k more than otger places.even 1200ruppe hotel there.But this one new and very clean.

The whole stay was good from check in to the size of the room. It was nice and clean but could be more cleaner. The staff was very co operative and the location is very accessible.

There can be a mini fridge in the room for this price and The room linen can be little better. I did not like the concept of not having phone in the room for room service.

Location has to the best thing about the hotel. Accessible to get to places from here.. also instead of getting breakfast in hotel, you have two very good places to grab local breakfast..

It has to be internet service. I had to ask for the username and password in ever next day.. Also staffs are quite slow with the following up the issue which is a minor thing.

Everything was good like: 1. The speed of service by the staff 2. The rooftop ambience 3. Behaviour of all the staff

It would be better if you add a fan in the room as air conditioner can't be used always It gets too cold

Very good price/quality ratio for Bangalore! We stayed for 1 night in the hotel, we really liked it. Rooms are clean and you have enough space. Walking distance from Indiranagar, were you will find al lot of restaurants and bar. For sure wurth a visit !

The entire crew was really friendly .. the manager Mohamed was really kind and helped me whenever I went to the front desk. It was a great stay :)

The hotel was clean and very affordable

TV connection was poor and did not work. The bathroom needs to have proper/functional soap dispenser. The room needs to have plug options for US devices.
