Absolutely zero things to like about this place. Horrible place horrible staff

I had a terrible experience at Hotel O SGR. The hotel was unclean, and the staff were completely unprofessional from the moment we arrived. On day 1 of check-in, they tried to scam us by giving us a non-AC room, even though we had booked and paid for an AC room. They insisted we had booked a non-AC room until we showed them the booking confirmation. Only then did they admit to the mistake and said that the AC room would only be available the next morning. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally gave us a family AC room, but it was filthy — it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. The toilets were dirty and muddy, the bedsheets had blood stains and dirt, and the overall hygiene was shocking. My elderly parents had an extremely uncomfortable and stressful stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This place needs serious attention from health and hospitality authorities.

Dirty,staff were sleeping in the room before it was allocated to us. The bathroom, sink and commode were not cleaned.
