Breakfast was good, Rooms were comfortable, very courteous, professional staff from the guards at the door, reception to room cleaning as well as in the restaurant.

Booking experience was bad. I stayed in August, but this time I had to pay a significantly higher, had to book via online third party instead of directly with Taj. I tried to call but asking for so many different lines as in some government desk. The response to my email was general, that could be applied to any of the enquiries. In short, I had to pay significantly higher amount of money, and I stayed for long period of time, so the cost impact was that much more.

Excellent staff and customer service. Excellent rooms, facilities and hotel cleanliness. Great food at the restaurants with plenty of choice. Good value for money. Nagesh cleaned our rooms to an excellent standard. Channa and his associates were always helpful and greeted us everyday with welcoming hospitality at the hotel entrance. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The Paranda and Pallete restaurants could accommodate our particular dietary requirements on request and the food was excellent.

Minor points. The milk for breakfast cereal needs to be chilled, as it warms up over time. There should be some more western food such as pizza, quiches, potato waffles or french fries for children on the buffet lunch and dinner selection at the Pallete restaurant.

Having nowhere to hang the wet towels after bath can become a big problem for two parents with two children in one room. We had to hang the towels to dry on doors, chairs and bed... One more thing is that the hotel is suppose to be family friendly but offers no attractions for children.

Staying for third time ... everything remained comfortable and amazing since my second stay. Staff services especially Shreyas, Sreekanth,Lokesh(from restaurant), Floor manager Mr Anuj and housekeeping done by Sharad were phenomenal and excellent service.Lady staffs were all gud too.Lobby staffs are awesome and helpful. Swimming pool and gym was awesomeness.

Spa services and staff were excellent but the hygiene of the room was bad (so could be improved)

The staff is FANTASTIC! Very attentive and professional. We were in the Executive Suite on the 11th floor and the view of Bengaluru from there was expansive. Loved it. Spent a lot of time watching what we are known for here - the never-ending traffic 😄 The view of the Metro and the snaky traffic lights at night were beautiful. The suite was pretty, minimalist, very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The mini fridge needs a bit of cleaning attention, but everything else was spotless. Loved the bathroom - lots of room, separate shower cubicle, and wonderful in-house toiletries. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Lots of breads, cereals, salads, and fruits - which I love - as well as Indian fare. We sat outside near the beautiful, grand Banyan tree in the yard. The gorgeous, cool weather was the best accompaniment. The buffet staff in the restaurant, Palette, are incredible. Quick, prompt, very hospitable, even when the place was full to the brim. The food in the hotel is superlative. The Chicken Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend the South Indian Filter Coffee Ice Cream and the Chocolate Velvette. The pizzas are delicious. Overall, the stay was super relaxing and we felt well looked after.

The check-in was a bit chaotic - there were many guests waiting and the lunch buffet crowd was making the confusion worse. We chose to get lunch as the room wasn't ready. Once it was, the person at the reception made sure to give us the highest floor. But we did lose a bit of time reaching the room - the check-in time was 2 PM and we got in at 3:30 PM. The check-out was slightly off-putting as well. Called for help with the baggage twice, but no one came. Thankfully, we didn't have a lot, so my mother and I could haul our stuff without much stress. Expected better, and the reception apologised when we complained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Taj Yeshwantpur and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. One of the standout features for me was their commitment to sustainability - from the use of glass water bottles instead of plastic to providing wooden toothbrushes instead of plastic ones. It was truly refreshing to see a hotel taking steps towards reducing their environmental impact. Aside from their eco-friendly practices, the overall experience at the hotel was exceptional. The customer service was top-notch, with a special mention to Swastika who went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me fix a button on my suit. The level of care and attention to detail provided by the staff truly made my stay memorable. I cannot recommend Hotel Taj Yeshwantpur enough. The combination of excellent customer service, sustainable practices, and overall comfort make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and conscientious hotel experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Compared to last time this time was really gud ..like the staffs namely Mr. Shreyas and Mr.Sreekanth at the restaurant....was exceptional and also the floor staff Mr Anuj was also really caring and gud . Overall it was really good . Because last time I had given a 6 but now 9 ...so there's definitely a change of quality and service.

Some restaurant staffs were still rude compared to last time.But way better than last visit .

Our stay was a delightful family experience. Traveling with our energetic 2-year-old son, we were most impressed by the hotel staff's genuine friendliness and consideration towards children. The entire stay was remarkably pleasant, with a relaxing ambiance, impeccable service, and an unexpected upgrade that added a touch of luxury. Highlights were the pool, with children‘s pool, the big and fully functioning gym and the friendliness of our main staff contact point (Binita)

Overall: really nothing; very small points: Minibar was locked and had to be opened by hotel staff (we just wanted to use it to cool milk), the buffet dinner menu was a bit overpriced for the taste

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean & spacious

The staff at entrance always was very welcoming however every time they were greeting the guests while getting in and out of the car, it was obvious that they were expecting the guests to pay some money in return for the greetings. That's very unprofessional and is not expected from TAJ. For this reason, I wasn't very happy, for if you don't pay them, the greetings that then follow exhibit some attitude, arrogant, and a dislike.
