Central location, spacious apartments, a bit of old-world charm, excellent responsive staff, tasty homely and fresh food

A few things need attention. 1. There was a fair amount of disturbance at night from the village adjoining. Shutter closing noises, bikes and autos, loud music. Putting sound-proof glass in the windows would help. 2. The windows open to let in fresh air especially in the early mornings and late nights, which is great. However, since Indiranagar is mosquito-prone, netting on the windows would help a lot. Many times guests will prefer to sleep with windows open rather than keeping AC on the whole night, especially as Bengaluru has temperate climate. 3. The mattress in the second bedroom was too soft and both of us (senior citizens) got a backache!

Great location, we got a bigger flat than the one we booked. Beds were comfy, the flat was spacious, helpful staff. Nice to have an in-house restaurant for some simple but nice meals.

It is on a busy road, so one cannot really keep the windows or balcony door open in the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have a mesh on the large window in the living room so it could be kept open longer in the evenings.

Had a great stay at Tristar Apartments as someone travelling for work and tourism. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, well lit, and comfortable. I felt very at home. Great breakfast offered and quick room service at other times of day. Perfect location!

The staff were exceptionally efficient. The front desk assistant helped us get a taxi within 2 mins. The cook arranged our breakfast out of serving time. We appreciate the help from the front desk staff who assisted us in contacting the airport to get our bag. 5 stars to you all. The staff ensured we were comfortable all the time. The food was excellent. Thanks to the chef.

I stayed at the apartment during Ganpati and the banging of the drums would start at 1pm for a good couple of hours. There was nothing the hotel could do about it but it was annoying. I wish there was an option of requesting firm mattress. I used a yoga mat. (but that is because I suffer from a bad back)

The rooms were clean and the staff were very good. The breakfast was a highlight. I was encouraged to try different dishes very day and they were well cooked. The gentleman who ran the kitchen was professional and very informative.

We loved the apartment and the ambience..the staffs were very friendly..they were available always and helpful... the food was awesome... everything you require to spend a was available in kitchen...it was very peaceful stay and we'll maintained

Clean, well maintained, prompt and professional housing keeping, close to shops and restaurants

Nothing really but breakfast time can be extended to 11 am

The hotel is wonderfully located in the prime area of Indira Nagar with lots of restaurant within walkable distance. 24x7 front office / reception is a big plus. Breakfast spread is good with fresh fruits and juice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is old and needs a makeover. Mattresses could be a bit harder (though this is more of a personal choice).

Cosy room - felt like home. Central location - easy walk to shopping and eat+drink places. Very helpful staff - allowed early check-in and late check-out (at additional cost, ofcourse). Choice of simple breakfast items, but tasty and freshly cooked. Egg preparations, dosa, idly, bathura - items list change daily. We had dinner on the last day and the phulka's and paneer butter masala was very yummy. There was hot water in the bathroom and washbasin. Bed linen and towels were clean and changed daily. The housekeeping crew is efficient and unintrusive.

Facility is a bit old. Aircon operation requires skill :-) . The hygiene faucet in the toilet leaks at times.
