Room was great - comfy bed and pillows, looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Suma was a morning hero. She went out of her way to help me in the morning with an urgent request and was also kind to accommodate my check out time so I could make it to church and back. Great customer service! And always with a smile!

Everything was satisfactory; however, the check-in and check-out times pose a slight constraint for us, as we are arriving from outside the area. We kindly request that the timings be considered for extension.

We were not aware that breakfast was not included in the room rate. As we were on a short trip to Bangalore, at least a cup of tea should have been provided free of charge with the room. All of us had our breakfast at the hotel restaurant, where the charges were quite high.

I stayed for very little time . The morning breakfast was good. Place.was.neat and clean. The passage once you enter room.was nice.and spacious. All.amenities including plate forks tea bags water heater and a clay toothpaste was there . Breakfast t was quite good with bread indian vwg eggs etc

Nothing much to dislike ...once I booked I was rwqching at 9.30 pm.ans mentioned this still I got a message saying it maybe cancelled if I didn't call as I had not reached by 6.00 pm . Luckily I saw the message Iin time and almost lost the room. Other than that the bedroom has a pillar and side table is bit low. the space is bit less compared to the main entranc3 there but not an issue .hotwater took some time to come.maybe the weather was cooler so one had to let out lot of water to get it. .

Brand new December 2023 opened . Hence it’s all in order and in place Chic boutique hotel vibes with fantastic location. Peaceful inside the property Staff is all young chaps but all very polite and hardworking Siddhesh ; Alina were very sweet .

Price could be more competitive and cheaper as around there are many options Due to too many Olive hotels in same vicinity ; it’s difficult for deliveries ; guests and cabs to sometimes reach the property Akram ( day shift manager ) needs to be more polite as per hospitality standards . However still this property can be given a fair chance as all of the above can be worked out with more efforts

This isn’t my first time with the Olive group, but it's my first stay at Olive Hotel Brookefield—and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The suite is absolutely fantastic, and the staff, especially under the guidance of Mohit, are incredibly warm and helpful. I love how they go above and beyond to make guests feel truly welcome. The cleanliness and stylish furniture really stood out to me. Overall, it's been an amazing experience, and a big thanks to Mohit and his team for making it so memorable!

Breakfast was quite basic but good enough. Also there were plenty of eateries within walking distance of hotel which was a convenient option. Shoaib who manages the front desk was very prompt and provided excellent support services.

They need to provide newer towels and bed sheets which were generally OK but have been used and washed or dry cleaned several times

Really nice place comparing any other place I’ve stayed in india for the same money. Super clean, quiet, quick check in and staff who can speak English. Nice shower. The only thing that upset me - no adapters in the room. With the UK plugs (i am in India only for 1 night) i couldn’t charge anything, and left to the airport with the dead phone and a laptop. Even if i messaged to the staff, it got ignored.

Good location, easily accessible, neat and clean building, good bathroom size.

They say they replace the sheets once in 2 days, but will not do so until you remind them to. They also don’t clean the room everyday, like sweeping the floor or replacing the water bottles or used mugs for tea/ coffee until you tell them.

The breakfast place was not good at all seems it's in the garage way.. The live counter of heating milk making egg omlettes.. making chai is in the same bfast room.. The person who does all jobs of cooking wiping the table taking down room nos etc clearing used plates etc and with same hands cooks that's unhygienic n not good at all...
