This is a great value for money place. The location is in a calm neighbourhood , 5 min walk to indira nagar metro. It is a small hotel with 20 rooms , but it offers a clean , modern space for the budget. The staff was very friendly , the amenities were helpful and had a wonderful experience

May be a little more ventilation on the rooms and common area will improve the experience even more.

The digital safe in the room did not have batteries, so we couldn't use it with confidence. During the checkout, do not share your booking.com confirmation number or pin with the staff.

Location was great, staff were friendly and very responsive and helpful, the whole hotel was very clean. Easy check in and check out and easy communication with instant chat QR function.

Breakfast wasn't very good and too expensive. Would prefer filter water dispenser rather than new bottled water (too much plastic waste). Pillows too thick.

All the Bloom properties are very predictable and there are no shocks or unpleasant surprises. They are consistent in quality and are very functional.

I initially thought it would be on a main road but it is in one of the streets around Indira Nagar. But that is not a criticism just that I was a little surprised.

The check in process was quick and easy. They got my details before I arrived. Staff were quick and helpful. Property is clean.

There’s no sound proofing, therefore any noise on the floor was a disturbance. We could hear phone conversations from next door, doors opening and closing, staff working - it was hard to sleep in or sleep early.

great location, super clean, very helpful staff, helped me to arrange airport taxi, comfortable in every way, room is a nice size and nicely decorated. breakfast was great and has a nice view from which you can see the Metro trains rolling by a few blocks away. tons of shops, restaurants and stores nearby, with a super convenient Metro stop just a street away. highly recommendable!

no fridge, comforter-only bedding (which I hate, since it forces one to sleep badly in the freeze-broil cycle), no views (though there were on the nice roof space!), I found it a bit pricey for similar hotels I've seen in India.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places.We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day.

The bathroom could have been spruced up (fraying paint, discoloration in various places, rusting fittings). The toiletries could have been of a better quality.

I am comfortable at all the Bloom properties in which I have stayed. The rooms are always neat and clean. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out work like clockwork. Linen is replaced on a daily basis on request and othe complimentary items are topped up daily.

They don't provide a bucket and a cup, and sometimes at my age, I need to soak my feet after a long day's visiting, because I still prefer to walk or cycle rather than use cabs. If that could be looked, into some of us would be very grateful indeed.
