The location being close to the metro station..the proximity of restaurants and shopping centers...the rooms and staff...the breakfast with a varied spread on the roof top

I did ask for a 3 hour extension as my onward journey was at 2pm...I was told to pay 750 rupees with tax fir that...as I had stayed for a week I thought an extension of 2 or 3 hours could have been allowed with no additional cost

Staff are very helpful. Facilities are maintained very well. The breakfast spread is excellent. Superb location.

The additional single bed we were provided was not required. It was not firm enough. Overall, as long as 2 adults and a kid can manage sleeping on a queen bed, they should stop insisting on getting an additional bed. That is, leave it to the travellers whether they need another bed or not.

Great staff and well maintained by them. They were very helpful and the room was neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay here. The food from their kitchen was good too and it was like home cooked food. Definitely try the chapatis, but if you don't like spice, tell them not to put green chillies in the food.

Very comfortable and away from the city traffic yet in the heart of the city. Breakfast served was amazing. My husband who is settled in the USA for many years loved your parathas that he was eating for the very first time.

The ac in our room was quiet an old one and it was leaking water. Also they didn’t keep brush and pastes in toilets. Only ones available were the liquid hand wash and body wash. No shampoo or conditioner or anything.

Daily breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The manager attended to all my requests. I would definitely come back in future.

The rooms are extremely clean while the staff is extremely polite. I personally forgot my smartwatch in the room and on calling them after a month which i though was going to be a very long shot, was told that it was with them and they would return it. I have received my watch and i am very happy. Coming back to the breakfast, it was a very nice with one south inidan and one north indian dish served in the buffet with the regular bread butter jam etc. The location to sit and have breakfast is amazing. The hotel is very close to the metro as well (about 650 mtrs). The room comes with a safe in the wardrobe to keep any important belongings.

The rooms size is something that i think could have been bigger for the price that we are paying.

Very well trained and well behaved staff. Went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Very prompt and very comforting. That's the kind of stuff, guests want to come back to.

The hot water situation in the shower was kind of tricky.

The location of the hotel is perfect.....It helps ypu avoid a lot of traffic. Also the servuce was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Functional rooms at a reasonable price

Being at a t-point, the honking of cars and two wheelers can be bothersome if room is toward the road.

Clean very polite staff. I have booked two rooms, but I did not get the adjacent rooms since they were fully occupied. But staff managed to give me both rooms on the same floor.

Limited parking place, but 3 vehicles can park inside the property
