Employees were the best part of the hotel! Always welcoming with a smile and open to help with any request. The photos and description of the room were also quite accurate. It was for sure a good value for money and location wise you could reach most shops and restaurants in Indiranagar in 10 minutes walking.

We had expected it to be a bit more clean because the carpet, the sofa and the table and chairs were quite dirty. Also the bed mattress on the one side was damaged and I couldn't really sleep comfortably there.

As always like many, my frequent bookings in this hotel is mainly for the breakfast they serve. Its the best and the staffs are good.

Rooms could be more clean and management is not taking care of lights, tables and other property. Because I am a frequent visiter, I could surely say that even after months the broken cupboards,bed side tables and not working lights are not attended at all, even after telling them to change many times. Hardly 2-3 lights work and beacuse of dim light it causes headache.. I m very disappointed by that

The hotel is just about 300m from indiranagar metro station. The place is clean and comfortable. Silent neighborhood surrounded by lots of trees. The staff are cordial and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and they have daily room cleaning. They have on site gated parking, which is a luxury in indiranagar. Facilities in the room are good. The Free wifi provided is not enough to download large files very quickly, but is good enough to binge watch netflix/youtube.

I liked the South Indian breakfast very much

The windows in the could not be opened. I always prefer rooms with windows that can be opened, since I do never use AC when the weather is cool. AC during the cool season is a waste of resources and natural air is more pleasant,

This hotel is in very prime location. Everything is at walking distance from here. Breakfast was fresh, yummy and tasted good. Staff is courteous and considerate of the guests' needs. We booked one room for three guests and we got very spacious room and a living room. Linen was clean and this hotel has everything a 5 star can have in a small property. So happy that we booked this.

Superb location, close to good restaurants and pubs. The hotel was decent. For the price point, can't expect more.

The Bedspread had a big stain and we asked housekeeping to change it and they agreed. When we came back they had very cleverly just used the same bedsheet upside down

Nitpicking here: The bathroom mat was terrible. Didn't absorb moisture at all. Would have loved a ceiling fan in the room. The view from the room I stayed in wasn't great. It was a building next door. Limited access to channels in the television.

Location and breakfast was very good. Cleanliness can be improved. Management could easily invest in a hoover to ensure cleanliness. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Noisy party late into the early hours of morning on one night out of 6 nights stay.
