The rooms are well designed with plenty of moving space, which is how I like it. In general, the facility is clean. The staff are responsive but never intrude or impose. And they make you feel welcome at all times. They do accommodate special requests such as extra hand towels or hair dryer or bath bucket and mug etc. Most importantly, if you request a room with view beforehand, you get a lovely road-facing view which helps a great deal (especially if you are claustrophic). Special mention - Kunal is a lovely host and I have always enjoyed interacting with him while at the property. He is softspoken and at the same time, very responsive and gets things done. He can also be quite assertive when needed - definitely an asset.

No dislikes - the property nonetheless needs to pay attention to certain small details which could be fixed over time. For e.g. the toilet paper should not be on shower side as it can get wet. The washbasin needs to be lower for Indian height (5 ft). The taps need to let the water out at an angle so that the washbasin automatically gets clean. The towels need to be softer and lighter - maybe smaller towel options for shorter people will help. I'd like the facility to reconsider its air freshener for the rooms and corridors!

The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Although the towels had some stains on them, the bedding was fairly well maintained and the room was cleaned everyday. I had a few problems with the room they had initially given me but the room was promptly changed. The staff- especially Kunal was very professional and helpful.Best part about the property was the staff and it's location, just two minutes walking from the metro station and yet in an inner street.

They don't have an in- house restaurant and room service for food. Window panes in the bathrooms are broken.

The experience was amazing right from the start. Kunal at the reception was the most polite and accommodated some of my requests immediately. He continued to be the most courteous throughout my one week stay. Juri was no less, and it was nice to have their smiles greet us every morning. The other staff were very soft-spoken, polite and amicable as well. Location was absolutely amazing for someone new to the city. Metro station is just a 5 min walk away, bustling restaurants and bars around within a 20 min walk. Srirangam cafe nextdoor was a timesaver, for everyday breakfast. Panetteria Spettacolare, has some amazing french breads and savoury specialties, the next street has a lovely park and the roads are a pleasant morning walk. Many smaller cafes like Terra and a Himalayan cafe nearby. I loved the interiors - modern minimalist and young with pleasant colours. Plenty of storage. I loved the general ambience, for this budget it was more rhan expected. Will definitely return here when needed.

Not much really. Sheets and linen could be newer, and more bathroom supplies like soaps, lotion, etc would help. Maybe a shower curtain but these are just extras. No complaints. Locks for closet or a locker would help too.

I was traveling solo and checked in a little late at night. But Mr. Kunal, facilitated and made me feel safe and comfortable. Rooms are nicely clean and well equipped with necessary items... I had a really good stay. It was all safe, sound, clean and perfect for me... Would love to stay aging with Olive. Thanks to kunal as well... For assistance and help in understanding the place and the area nearby...

Location(metro accessibility) and cleanliness. Very good staffs. Looks old from outside. But good inside. Online receptionist setup was amazing.

Didn't provide complementary coffee to the room. Asked me to get it from downstairs on my own. That might be the system. But it would be better if they provide it to the room on request. It's just a humble suggestion. No need to consider this as a negative feedback, please.

The only thing is that the little window in the bathroom bought in smell of cigarettes but as soon as we turned on the ventilator it Disappeared:) We recommend!

Location superb. I chose this area because it was close to places I needed to go to. Bonus was it was excellent in terms of exploring and shopping areas too. I was a little worried at first because it was daughters first trip to India after 8 years. We had a clean comfy room , fresh bottled water each day and good shower facilities 24/7. That’s all we needed and it was excellent value for money :)

Initially .. we had trouble with WiFi and could not communicate with family or friends in India or the UK. But Spruthi at reception was sooooo helpful. I went to her every day and she always helped with a smile . Once they realised the issue was that our numbers were not local, they sorted it out that way and we had no problems for the rest of the week

As a second time customer to this place, again I enjoyed my stay very much. The place is well maintained and very clean with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Greeted every morning with smiles from Juri , Kunal, Mr.Ahmedl from the front office, both always ready to help.

A safe and mini fridge in the room would make the stay even better.

The room size, checking in , ease of booking

I had asked for a quiet room in my booking request but I ended up getting a room having a restaurant next door which made noise throughout the night. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Pretty neat and all items decently arranged.

A really good choice of hotel for Bangalore. Location is great, near a metro station to explore the city, and some restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. The staff were excellent, particularly Kunal who was fantastic, very kind and nice person, he helped us with our laundry when the original laundry guy (Ravi) left us in the lurch. Kunal also gave good recommendations for the area. The room was clean, with kettle and toiletries.

Nothing really, we don't often find nice places in the city so this was great.
