I booked this hotel for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience they had. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. They went above and beyond to help my parents with everything they needed throughout their stay, which made them feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful. My parents were very impressed with the hospitality and personalized care they received. A big thank you to the entire team for making their stay so pleasant! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

The location, cleanliness and easy checkin. Requested an early checkin and it was arranged. Friendly staff. The suite room has a good functioning mini fridge and kettle to prepare coffee and tea. A lot of pubs and eateries near by. The suite room is quite big.

Car parking is a bit of a hassle but not the worst.

I stayed at Upar Hotels during one of my solo work trips to Bangalore. Excellent place, with clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms that made my stay comfortable. I want to thank all the staff who were helpful and responsive to my requests. The hotel has a safe and secure ambiance that let you relax after a long and tiring day. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

The place is located in the heart of the city and made it easier for me to commute to different places. The rooms were really clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly as well.

Service was Good and up to our expectation.

Water botte per day was 1liter to the limit, where as we stayed as 3 in the room which was not sufficient.

The stay was very comfortable. Kudos to the UPAR team for their warm welcome. The staff are very professional and friendly and they have always gone an extra mile to accommodate our requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel for all my colleagues or family memebers

Breakfast was of best quality. It was served in time. It came with sealed cover. I am fully satisfied. Staff were cordial. Hotel management were responsive.

If airport drop option is added with extra changes would make it wonderful.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger. Room service could have been done well.Bit noisy!
