Had a wonderful short trip outside the city with my colleagues. The experience was fantastic—great company, a beautiful location, and excellent food, and morning view from our room window was really nice. Truly a trip to remember!

Excellent property ... cleancliness food alll just too good. Really like the swimming pool and staff

need to something for approach ... people coming from Delhi get very small underbridge. And people coming from Jaipur need to U turn from nearest Dhaba.

The food was awesome, the dinner and the buffet breakfast were delicious. they even prepared the meals of the buffet as per our requirements. Even the kids of other families were enjoying the variety of the food. Courteous and helpful staff. The pool on the terrace along-with a good to go gymnasium was amazing experience. I even enjoyed the divine feeling of walking barefoot, in the well maintained lawns of the property...I miss that dew.

though the location of the property is on the brim of NH and the approach road too isn't well groomed.....still the property misses the noises from the traffic. don't expect great views from the room/terrace. just enjoy the serene ambience.

Service, location

I am a regular here and hv always liked the property and service.  But this time something unusual happened. The person at the reception asked me a bizarre question. One of the glass was missing from my room as the previous night while clearing the plates after dinner the boy took the same with him. So the person at the reception asked me whether I hv broken the glass or not. It was an embarassing question but the gud thing was that no one (guest) was there apart from me at the reception, otherwise I would hv felt bad. The total bill of the room was around 5k, and you are asking me fr that one small glass? I would hv given u one full set of premium glasses. Tht was really embarassing.  Also you could hv seen my previous bookings, has anything gone missing ever? 

This is the only 4 star property in Bilaspur. The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable. Food was good and the staff is super courteous.

The temperature of the air conditioning. Even when it was set at the lowest temperature we were feeling a little hot, upon calling the front desk they sent someone to check and the technician mentioned it is due to the placement of the air conditioning. So any room they would give us it would be the same problem.

Two times I tried to connect to room service as well as front desk but intercom was not replied. I had to go personally to the front desk. This type of thing is not expected at Radisson atleast

The washroom is too cramped. Shower & WC placed exactly opposite each other . Unhygeinic & unpleasant.

All together my experience was really good. Had lots of fun. The food was also good and even room services and other facilities were also great.

Wifi Was not working.

We got free upgradation from deluxe to sweet. So we got a big room.

The options in the breakfast buffet were very less. Rest all was good

Location is not so good. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel attendents were not quick. Though they told us that there was a big party & all were busy there. Secondly, we informed during booking that it was our wedding anniversary so please manage a cake. Nobody arranged the cake nor they welcomed us for anniversary
