The staff at hotel, particularly Rohan, Liam, and the rest of the restaurant breakfast team, are absolute stars. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made the experience a highlight, elevating the overall stay. However, there are significant issues that need addressing. The hotel's taxi monopoly is a serious problem—outside taxi services are not allowed, which feels restrictive and inconvenient for guests seeking more affordable or flexible options. Additionally, the property is in need of maintenance. The facilities, while spacious and well-designed, show visible signs of wear and tear that detract from the experience. The rooms are generously sized . Another notable issue is the sliding doors to the bathroom, which lack locks. This is particularly inconvenient for those staying with family, as it compromises privacy. Overall, the exceptional staff is a saving grace, but the taxi restrictions, maintenance issues, and lack of bathroom door locks are major drawbacks. Improvements in these areas could make this hotel a standout choice.

Property was clean, staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help at all times. Guru was always ready to help with our bags and guided me to the gym area whilst I waited for my room to be ready and they allowed me to check in before 3pm. Mitali and Vilatha were very informative, knowledgeable and always ready to help with whatever we needed. I requested a sharpener for my lip liner (as you do) and a sewing kit and I was amazed at their prompt response. Breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was lovely too. The pool was so much fun. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Hard Rock Hotel definitely rocks!

I think the music could’ve been better. It felt like elevator music. Bhangra music to liven it up would’ve been great. The bar staff did tell me they have no control over it as it’s connected to the hard rock satellite. Instrumental music is best kept for the lobby areas.

Pool, bar area lovely. All staff were exceptional, so friendly. Room was perfect minibar camebin handy and reasonably priced. Great food. Huge selection for breakfast spread into 3 areas inside and out. 15 minute stroll to beach. Plenty on shops and markets around the area. Local tours and entertainment. A lot more relaxed in Goa area. Awesome even when raining!

A few leaks and condensation in passages outside typical of humid climates. Staff always mopping and cleaning. Otherwise no complaints

The location of the hotel si great,the food and the service absolutly awesome . So frendly and helpful staf , big and clean room whit so comfy bed . Kitchen service is available 24h . Pool is big and clean , the garden around the pool is just unreal whit all this green flowers aroun . We visit the hotel for my girlfriend birthday then there was surprise for her celebraty, Mitali the girl from the personal was make the room so , so nice for what im really thank you so much , make her birthday even more amazing !! All was perfect for us !

The check in process was smooth. Very helpful staff. They allowed us to do a late check out and retain one of our two rooms as we had an evening flight. Sameer from housekeeping did a great job of keeping our two rooms spic and span. The pool attendant never ran out of towels and would greet us with fresh ones the moment we came out of the pool. Property is very good. Pool is large. Rooms are of a decent size. Bathroom was well stocked with basic toiletries.

Buffet breakfast continental spread was very lean. No bacon or cold cuts. Same chicken sausages for 3 days. Could have added grilled fish or chicken to the menu. Watery baked beans. Indian breakfast options were better. Not too close to the beach, have to walk over a km. A sofa or couch and a proper clothes drying stand since it is a leisure hotel in Goa. The string in the bathroom is inadequate to dry swim suits and monsoon drenched clothes.

The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was a great size and great value for money. It was kept very clean. Bar and pool staff were also very helpful and friendly. Food in the main restaurant was good, but I only ate there once.

The cushions on the pool side furniture were only put out on the final day of my stay. It was quite uncomfortable on the sun loungers/chairs without the cushions. It would be preferable that sales/service taxes are included into the bar prices.

Everything from the staff, food and size of the place as well as the actual hotel itself, the decor etc Staff were so kind and attentive just like in a 5* hotel, food was incredible and was nice to get such a variety on the menu! They got something slightly wrong one time I ordered and they went above and beyond to make sure it got corrected as well as we had to change rooms and they were just so lovely and quick about it all, cannot fault the staff or food!! Loved that the pool stayed open till 10pm so so cool! And there was live music nearly every night, really such a lovely vibe!

This is not a 5* hotel it’s more of a 3* just bare this in mind, if it was advertised as this there would be no problems and it would have better reviews as the food and attendance of the staff is immaculate. It just need a major renovation, there was revelations going on but it shouldn’t be advertised as 5* till they’re done. And didn’t like how there was so much tax added ontop of the food/drink (about 20%) which wasn’t added onto the price so you had to calculate it yourself when ordering to actually work out the price I’m also not sure if they use tap water for ice in their drinks but me and my friend had very back stomachs on the way home and there’s nothing else it could have been so this should get looked at!

I recently had an incredible stay at Hard Rock Hotel Goa and would gladly give it a five-star rating. The hotel's central location is a major plus, placing it within easy reach of renowned beaches like Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, and Candolim. The convenience of exploring these famous spots made my trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection at the hotel is simply amazing, offering a wide variety that caters to different tastes. The large pool is a standout feature, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Goa. What truly sets this hotel apart is the spacious and well-appointed rooms, a rarity in Central Goa. I want to express my gratitude to the exceptional staff, especially Manoj, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute room change request. Special thanks to Vilatha from Guest Relations and Sebastian for their efforts in arranging a delicious packed breakfast for our early morning travel. Their dedication and hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, making our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Goa truly memorable.

Breakfast was good and staff behaviour was also good specially "Mapuii". She was managing people very well even in very high traffic time and support mostly all people. Another staff boy in front desk "Sherry". He was also well supportive and very good behavour.

I did n't like the first night of stay in hotel becuase we found some small cockroach in room. But staff was very supportive and helped to changed the room. Thanks
