Everything, Check in was a very smooth process the staff were amazingly friendly and made me feel very welcoming. The customer service received is above 5* for me, as someone who has stayed in luxury hotels I wanted to experience something different and I certainly got this. The staff in the hotel made my trip to Goa an experience of a lifetime - they taught me so much about Indian culture and I’ve learnt so much through them. Mr khan is a true asset to the hotel as well

-Good location for the town and not far from the beach area but maybe a bit too far to walk! - really good WiFi - excellent friendly staff 5* -nice pool - nice food in the restaurant and the manager was really helpful - nice big bedrooms modern bathroom and very comfy bed! - good air con

The hotel would probably benefit from a bit of updating in some areas but in general for the price we were very happy.

The quick action on complaint, thank you mayur, we could not talk as i had a tight schedule, However would like to tell you that the property is at an amazing location and needs maintenance and renovation big time, get this is consideration with immediate effect else fab chain will start loosing customers, i rebooked this property during my 3rd visit to goa, and this time was disappointed with the look and maintenance, you have an amazing staff special thanks to the staff who cleaned my room for good 2days. The location of this property is amazing and beautiful, i would not mind rebooking the same property for my next visit.

One of the best hotel in goa.Clean big size rooms with all the amenities available.Reception staff Vittal was very helpful guided me for travel plan.nice and pleasant stay!!!!!

Wifi network was little slow.

Gym was not operational

The hotel was really good and the rooms were very big and comfortable. We ordered dinner from the hotel and it tasted good as well.

Although hotel staff provides you access to WiFi but wifi signals don't reach the rooms. Hence, no wifi connection in the rooms.

value for money, room were good. Bathroom need little upgradations.

Some one had removed air from our car tyre in the parking, was confirmed by the mechanic there is no puncture. After informing front desk they responded by saying it’s not their responsibility.

The hotel room is good, but the rules and regulations of the hoteliers are not right, which cannot go to the swimming pool after 7 pm, the restaurant closes after 10 pm, which is wrong according to the night life of Goa.

I really enjoyed the stay with Fab. They were taking care of my family in a good manner and assisted us whatever I needed..I even extended my stay after feeling it is the secured place to stay for me and my family.. the ambience was good.
