I stayed there for a night. Good hotel - worth the money. Room was good, spacious with attached balcony. If you want value for money or have a short stay - definitely recommended. Location is very good - sector 20 (in the heart of city) - good connectivity and markets nearby

It is exactly as shown in pictures. Good large room and easy to find and checkin.. perfect place for a quick stay esp for solo travelers

Lighting was a little dim and cleanliness of sheets could be slightly improved

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

The room was good, very clean. Since it was empty, we got an upgrade. Location was great. Shops nearby.

There was no lift or any food available in house. Not even tea

We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything.
