Room was nice and sound proof. Very comfortable bed and best part was the right softness of the pillow. Space in the room was good and the wooden finish was nice too. Size of the property and the way it has been made is beautiful.

I missed my breakfast so requested them to deliver few items in my room. They were not happy with the same and annoyed. They did send some food but without any plates or cutlery. They need to be trained bit more about hospitality. Also I realised they lacks with number of restaurants and I never found a bar / lounge.

Good selection of food. Most of the staff were friendly. Interesting Le Corbusier inspired architecture.

Staff need more training. Concierge were not very helpful with information about Chandigarh. Waiter didn’t know the price of a glass of wine from a bottle he recommended. Said 900 rupees then bill showed 1100 rupees per glass plus tax. He claimed he had said the price was ‘around 900 rupees’ ! Compared to other hotels we stayed in on our trip this hotel was expensive and not good value.

there really is no point staying anywhere else. it's a handsome modern building. thebrooma are massive. quiet. comfortable. clean. and the restaurant is one of the best in Chandigarh. yes it's expensive. but it's not really expensive and the food is unmatched. there would be absolutely no point staying and venturing out for dinner on atbleast one night. I just want to come back to chandringah just to staybat this hotel. chandringah is 3 days.

While checking out,we had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage. On holi festival,music was too loud outside due to a party in hotel premises Pricey food and additional services

Room: Room cleanliness wonderful - our cleaning guy Neetu was very attentive and helped us at all times whether to locate a shoe , to bring more hangers or to clean the room . Dining staff: Again great quality staff with very good temperament . Gave a small cake for my father who stayed in the hotel also on our last day…. Gym: Excellent gym - great equipment and cleanliness Overall : Overall I will most definitely like to come here again with my family and shall be recommended your hotel to my friends and family in the UK. 8 days in your hotel were very comfortable and a great base. The cushions on the chairs outside in the bar area could be improved. Small point .

Breakfasts were great, huge selection. A good range of dining facilities. The rooms were very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful.

There was a lot of noise from wedding parties at night so some sound insulation in the rooms would be good. USB sockets in rooms would be useful. Somewhere to put a second suitcase would also be good.

The hotel is beautiful and only a short distance from the main City. The food options were good and the hotel gym was great

The service in the restaurant was very poor. There was a lot of staff but the organisation was missing. At breakfast I ordered coffee 4 times and it did not arrive, I also ordered poached eggs and ended up leaving the restaurant because they never arrived. During an evening meal ordered a salad with chicken and prawns and I was presented with 2 salads - one with prawns and one with chicken.

Very spacious, friendly staff, quick service, big rooms, big private bathrooms, standing showers, plenty of open area to stroll and enjoy the greenery, Baluchi restaurant, breakfast buffet, cleanliness for the most part, easy and always available valet service, design and aesthetics, great pool, best set of toiletries, safe, changing area/entry area with bathroom

room lock is clunky and doesn’t work most times without fiddling, lounge/club was closed, no good room views to the outside, cafe closed, pool closes too early, keys don’t work for elevators sometimes, shampoo and body wash missing from bathroom, phones don’t work well, TV usb connections don’t work, steamer socket didn’t work

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where I had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent all round. Clean rooms, excellent facilities. The gym is fantastic, several weight machines for the entire body and many machines for cardio.

In room dining and food menu is extremely over priced.
