Very comfortable room with generally good facilities, including a comfy bed and very good shower. Excellent location for visiting the main tourist spots and also Sector 26’s restaurants and bars. The coffee shop in Bahrison bookshop nearby is excellent.

Minor annoyances kept cropping up - room not cleaned, door card not working, reception staff ignoring us when we were standing right in front of them. And the AC needs updating. So I won’t recommend the hotel unreservedly, given the price bracket. But overall a solid choice.

Location was extremely good. With quite a few shops and plenty of eateries in and around the hotel. The hotel was cosy and comfortable. Everything in the room was up to and beyond our expectation. Wash room was spotlessly clean with all amenities. The staff at the reception were welcoming, helpful and quick to respond. A special mention: Mr. Dinesh Kumar- was of great help. He suggested the order of our visit to places of interest. Which enabled us to save time. We were made to feel comfortable. Cheerful Mr. Rajat helped to arrange cabs early in the morning, on two days.

Hotel staff were always approachable and helpful. Our room was comfortable and always clean. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly. We ate at both restaurants for breakfast and dinner and were impressed. It's only a short drive or a longer walk to the Capital Complex and Rock Garden. The Le Corbusier is very close.There's a great bookshop with attached cafe in the very next set of shops, only 5 minutes walk.

WiFi signal on the second floor was intermittent. Adding a booster would be an improvement. Elsewhere the signal was fine.

We felt welcome, and the room and toilet were clean and blight. The air-conditioning is what we need.

Stairs from the bedroom would be potential accidents. The stairs have two levels. If you walk down the stairs and just at the last step before landing onto the 1st level, there is a dangerous situation with the step is about 1/3 shorter on the left by the wall. As you see,my best buddy is partially blind and would he wouldn't foresee this. It's our fault, having not informing them about his needs of safety access inside and around the hotel.

Hotel had a good location with being near to Sector 17 markets, rose garden etc. Adding to this the breakfast area was very adequate and the service was very good. Made use of the laundry service and the pricing was very good for getting our clothes cleaned and ironed.

Rooms were on the darker side but as we spent our days mostly outside it wasn't much of an issue. Due to older construction standards the windows don't block out a ton of noise too. So there's always some street noises. But that's not uncommon in India :)

The hotel is small, clean with very comfortable beds & pillows. Icon has a lift - an advantage for people with knee pains. It is central, easy to find and a nice location. Burger King, La Pino'z Pizza and KFC are in the same area. Sukhna Lake, Bird Park & Rock Garden are in close proximity. Icon has a very nice pan Asian restaurant Hibachi where we had delicious Thai food. They also have an Indian restaurant Masalchi, we did not try that. We requested for couple of hours stay after check out time. Initially we were asked to pay extra, however within a minute we were graciously told to keep one room for a 2 hours more.

The hotel could use some TLC. While the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, the carpeting outside the room could use an upgrade. It was a bit sad looking.

Convenient location. Helpful front desk for booking transportation to our next destination. The adjoining restaurant, Hibachi, on the ground floor could easily become our dinner restaurant after a long day out for sightseeing.

The noise level from the mechanical system could be disturbing for noise-sensitive guests.

This is a cosy boutique hotel with just 2 floors. It's located within the shopping complex in Sector 8C. The location was close to all tourist attractions - about 2 kms away from Rock garden, Sukhna lake etc. The rooms are elegantly done with modern finish. We booked 3 premium double rooms and they were spacious enough. Good food and in-room dining options. They have a small but good buffet breakfast that was a good start for our days there.

A small area for kids to play or lounge about would have been good. We had a bit of trouble checking in with luggage on ground floor and us waiting at the reception on the first floor.

Very helpful staff especially especially the manager and night receptionist.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The second room was more modern but there was a strange noise which disturbed my sleep (my partner slept well!). Breakfast only starts at 8am. We had to leave before then on both days and were offered a breakfast box but it never materialised on either morning

A small boutique hotel, very close to facilities in a nice part of Chandigarh. Rooms were VERY comfortable - large, excellent shower and very comfortable mattress. Staff very helpful and friendly
