The location is amazing along with amenities. Nice overall.

A few ceiling lights and power sockets and geyser were not functional, however the staff were courteous enough to provide hot water buckets on demand. This isn't a complaint but from a hotel of this stature, we expect 100% of things to be perfect (probably that is how I feel)

There is nothing to complain about, except for lightning in the room. I prefer more bright light for reading and work purposes.

Location was the best aspect of it. Room was okay and thankfully I got the one with window.

I paid for deluxe room and got the normal one. The wi fi was working in limited area and not in my room.
