It is well located just near the wonderful municipal rose garden and main shopping district of Chandigargh. The entire property was clean and well maintained; the staff helpful and friendly, as was the management. The hotel is just a few doors down from a great restaurant, Back to Source. There were parties and meetings there every night but the rooms were completely quiet and we slept very well. They have smoking as well as non-smoking rooms so it’s good to request whichever you prefer.

The breakfast buffet did not have a lot of variety and almost all the food was highly spiced.

The interior was done up well with modern design and amenities. It was clean and hygienic and close to central location. The room we were assigned had a leak in the bathroom tap which upon notification, the staff immediately changed the room. The breakfast spread was very good , kudos to the chef.

Maybe the front desk staff could have been a bit more proactive in sending someone out to help me and mother with our suitcases as we approached and entered the hotel. Other than that, no complains.

Very good location, just next to some great coffee shops (Back to Source), restaurants and shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and in reasonably good order.

The hot water would only work after keeping the shower running for 5-10 minutes so felt like you were wasting a lot of water. Some parts of the room needed more of a clean. Some noise at night.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff. Easy excess to market area as well as to the bus station, rose garden is also in a 10 minutes walking distance. Overall it's good.

You can hear people's voices from the other room, at night you can hear the music 🎶

The staff on receptoin were helpful - both before we arrived answering questions, and when we were there ordering taxis. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety and really tasty. the rooftop restaurant is very popular with locals which speaks volumes and the food and atmosphere in the restaurant were good. it's easily walkable to the rose garden and to the museums; we did walk to the Capitol but that's actually a bit far.

Very good location and staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Bathroom floor got flooded after having a shower.

Location of the property. Cleanliness and maintained in hygienic condition . Taste and quality of food is good.

D wall looks hollow . Can hear sound and talks from adjacent room . Tats makes it unpleasant. Buffer was there - need to add more varieties in buffet .

It was a good hotel in the City Centre, which is what I wanted. One reason for booking was the rooftop bar and restaurant which lived up to expectations.

Walls are rather thinn. You can hear people talking and snoring in the adjacent room.

The staff were very friendly. We received a very warm welcome. The check-in experience was smooth. The rooms were clean and very well appointed. The property was located very close to Rose Garden (5 minutes walk). We enjoyed an early morning walk in the garden. The buffet breakfast menu was standard and sufficient.

The tables in the rooftop restaurant were very low and uncomfortable for dining. The television inside our room did not offer a wide choice of channels (South Indian).
