We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hyatt Centric Sector 17. The location is excellent—right beside the Rose Garden and within walking distance of the main shopping district, making it very convenient for both relaxation and shopping. The hotel’s facilities and room interiors are very well maintained and of high quality. We really appreciated the use of large, sustainable bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms—a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. The swimming pool was another highlight. Our kids had a great time splashing around, and the changing rooms were spotless, complete with sauna and steam facilities for guests aged 10 and above with supervision. Dining at the hotel was a treat. Breakfast at Corby’s was excellent, with a generous and high-quality spread. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at Koyo Koyo, which offered delicious food in a cozy, inviting setting. Overall, a memorable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for both quality and convenience in Chandigarh.

One thing we noticed was some ongoing construction work, particularly around the path leading to the pool. It would be better if such work could be scheduled during hours when guests are not using the facilities. Additionally, ensuring that construction zones are either kept clean or cordoned off properly would improve the overall experience and safety.

We like midsized, modern hotels with decent luxury and friendly service and this fits the bill. It had Good comfortable rooms, decent size, very good breakfast, all the meals we had there were very good. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

Confusion during checkin and billing. We had booked a room for 4 but during checkin we were told that they don't have any such options and were told to get separate rooms or extra beds on chargeable basis. We had shown our booking details and they said they will check but the extra bed it was billed. However when talking to the manager it was finally reversed.

The hotel is situated very centrally, next to beautiful rose garden. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful in every way. We liked having breakfast outside. The massage by Byang (?) was truly professional and a highlight.

On our second day a big group of male guests arrived, which affected the overall atmosphere. There was hardly any staff during 2hours coffee meeting in the afternoon (could not order 2nd cup), lifts were overcrowded, stairs not to be used (why?), breakfast was loud, big crowds eating directly while standing at the buffet, no clearing of plates outside etc. Would be better for everyone to book a separate group room for bigger groups. Some kids activities or a playcorner would be a plus.

Very well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. Very helpful staff, especially those at reception. Conveniently located, close to all major tourist spots.

On the first night (5th March), guests from a wedding party were creating lot of noise and disturbance between 3 to 4 am on the 4th floor where our room was located. Suggest that the hotel allot one complete floor to guests from a wedding party to avoid inconvenience to others.

We really enjoyed the breakfast selection and the in room dining. The room was clean and the hotels atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were kind and helpful.

When showering, the water would leak out of the standing shower and made the bathroom floor wet. The worker who came to set up the extra bed was messy with his work and there was a charge on the water which is commonly not practiced in other countries hotels.

Staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful and very attentive to all our needs. Front desk staff were professional and efficient making the checking in and checking out process smooth and stress free. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice decor. Breakfast was delightful and the waiters in particular Sudip looked after us with great care and attention. We will definitely visit again and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you !

the staff at the reception- Anmol in specific knew every detail, super quick and was very thorough in every detail of the check in! Manager at the breakfast lounge was superb along with the chefs they put in all efforts everyday to take care of my Vegan son! Being in Punjab a rather difficult task! Not to mention the so very well designed and tastefully done hotel! It’s only under a year old and the suite room is just fabulous, once of the best I have seen all around the world! KOYO KOYO restaurant - was just Wow for pan Asian food!

Super nice hotel and me and my family would surely choose it again. Rooms were cosy and the hotel was pulchritudinous . The service was copacetic and staff was good specially one of your named Aayush he was courteous, decorous and benevolent towards us . I would definitely exhort it again.

Happy and welcoming staff! Nothing was too much for them. They made sure our kids felt special and were comfortable and safe throughout the stay. The senior staff were very attentive, Ayush, yashan, Atish. .

Swimming pool was booked for private function, which is fine but some notice should he given as we had planned our around swim time. The swimming pool was freezing and some rubbish was found.
