The room was really big, clean and comfortable for our family of four. We really enjoyed the pool and had long walks at the beach. The beach is not suitable for swimming. This place is in outskirts of the city. It's quiet with lots of plants that give shade around the pool. We ended up here after a whole month of traveling and didn't have the energy to drive to the city which is one hour away. There is great pizza place near by and grocery store. We had breakfasts and dinners at The Brick Castle and the food is excellent. They have a great cook. We would recommend the place if you don' t mind being so far away from the city.

It was described as 6 miles from the airport but actually was 16 miles, and the balcony suite didn't have a balcony???

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well. The pool area was a perfect place to relax, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Brick Castle has everything a traveller needs, good shady parking, open area to sit out and play in, clean rooms with spacious bathrooms, green everywhere, excellent cooks and very polite hardworking service staff, a swimming pool that's well maintained - all of this at affordable prices. When one steps out of the hotel, they dont encounter hell like they do in big cities; they merely stroll through beautiful bungalows and mansions before reaching the beach! Its delightful. They are welcoming of pets with the only condition that they are well-trained and not noisy, which I understand. My pooch had the best time he has ever had in Chennai. He chased the cats in the premises for two whole days, made friends with all the staff members and ate up all the food they left for the cats. Overall a splendid option in the city of Chennai.

Location was nice , located in quite residential area and had nearby amenities like supermarket and good hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner with in walking distance, they have in house facilities to provide food if ordered prior to, staff helpful and friendly

The bathroom could have been bit more clean and hot water was not available at times

A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities ...close to the beach ...the swimming pool , indoor games everythin was fun ....staffs are so friendly and polite ...worth the money ....amongst all the places I have been in chennai ...I wud say this is the best 100 percent

would have liked a swifter room service, as anything ordered from food or basic amenities, it always was a minimum 30 mins. Additionally please keep some hand towels and tissues in the room.

The location was perfect as I did some volunteer work close by. I felt safe and welcomed at the hotel. I stayed for many more nights. Aircon, clean rooms.

It suited my needs. I was only there in the evenings and needed a good sleep each night. There was nothing I didn’t like except when the pool was out of order for a few days.

Brick Castle was a quiet little oasis. Nice gardens and a lovely pool. We had 2 rooms close together ( as requested) The staff were lovely. We ate at the hotel and the food was fab, and very reasonably priced. I would stay again if I were in the area.

The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade.

This place is very nice and attractive we stayed here for two days Very nice, It's worth it here, rooms and toilet bathrooms are kept clean and neelangarai beach is one kilometer from this place this place is very safe, The receptionist and the service staff were very polite and considerate.
