Hotel was good except that before booking I called to find out if the fridge is there in the room. The person who picked up the phone said no. But I fact the fridge was there in the room. They also said they will call back when I called about the fridge. They don’t call back. No bath robe, no iron box, no hair dryer in the room. Customer needs to ask for it. They are charging exorbitantly for shuttle services. Gym was okay it can be better equipped, AC in the gym was not functioning properly. The foot reflexology is good. Their Food choices during breakfast, Lunch and dinner are very good. Staff is friendly. Their dessert menu is great.

The staff - very friendly n eager to help. Breakfast - good spread n meets expectations. Mr. Satish the F&B manager was kind enough to enquire about the food n stay. The waiters n waitresses were polite n had a ready smile. Facilities - the hotel is clean n spacious. This was my 3rd time staying here n it was comfortable n value for money. Early check-in is accomodated, based on availability - fair n no complaits. SPL CALL OUT - Mr Ramachander (Travel Desk) very pleasant person n helpful. Thank you for giving me the English version of the Thirukural...I'll treasure it. However, Minjur is very much in TN n not AP....lol. Plz dont over charge ur guests for a hourly based driver....no offence meant sir The driver Mahesh - was very polite n accomodating...Thank You I highly recommend Park Plaza for a pleasant stay, truly 3Star 👍

Washroom - the exhaust fan needs to be functioning!! Very important Minibar - not stocked! Not even with beverages...so please stop advertising it as 'Mini Bar' & call it a refridgerator. Refridgerator was not working!

I had a great stay! The room was big and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was wonderful—delicious and had a good variety. Would definitely stay here again!

Tt might be more convenient and eco-friendly to have fixed wall dispensers for soap, shampoo, and body lotion instead of small single-use bottles. Just a suggestion to consider for future improvements!

The property is good. However, they claim it as 5 star, i am not sure, if the benchmarking for 5star is relaxed now. It didn't seem to he a 5 star property.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was allotted 302. However, continuously throughout my stay, I felt the smoke smell was coming to my room. I am not sure it was a faulty AC system or something else. One other thing which I would like to share is while I was having a meeting in the outdoor swimming area, facilities staff started using the mosquito smoke, not even considerate of customers sitting there.

Staff service and support was good, thought the property was old, the room was spacious, neat and clean. Bathrooms are clean well maintained but rennovation required very badly, specially the shower area.... Restaurant needs a makeover, looks conjusted even with a small crowd. For business travellers good place to stay...

The food provided at the hotel was very good. The meals were never the same each day. Well worth the price to eat at the hotel. Hospitality was great. All members of the staff from the security to the cleaning personnel were all friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Taxi service being available to shuttle to airport was a plus. One less thing you have to worry about on the last day of the trip.

There wasn't much that my friends and I didn't like about our stay at this hotel. I do recommend some upgrades to the gym equipment but what they currently have on hand would suffice for a quick workout. The pool hours wouldn't work very well for those that are working throughout the day. Open 7am-7pm. I recommend extending the hours to accommodate those that come into town for work and would like to relax in the pool.

The enviroment and surroundungs are good The calm asthetic look and neatness has promted for a will to visit again The staff and the reception are good. the availability of food Transport and overall approach to the property is excellant. Overall the experience was excellant

Security guards and front line staff, Pandu, Monisha and Pinki. top class as must be the people behind the scenes.

Swimming pool was closed for one day but that was probably out of the staffs hands and it was open the day after.

The maintenance staff - Vinothini and her crew - were very helpful. All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself was kept immaculate during my stay as was my room.

The hotel stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, lots of food, one may choose Indian and western options. Rooms are comfortable, spacious but are a bit “old”. The hotel is located by a busy street and there is no sidewalk, so it may be challenging to walk. Best to move around with a riksha. The hotel stuff may help you with that. They also provide information how to cross the busy street if you need to😀
