I don’t have enough words to describe the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff from check-in to check-out. I booked this hotel for three nights with my wife, and every staff member—from the receptionist, dining, and housekeeping teams to the bellboy and security—was incredibly friendly. Their communication in both Tamil and English was excellent. During lunch, I requested a fruit juice, but at that moment, there was none available. However, a dining staff member (I forgot her name—she was a fair girl wearing glasses) went out of her way to provide outstanding service. Thank you, sister—I will never forget your kindness. Also, a special thanks to the "Sandwich Brother." On the first day, we had a language barrier, but by the time I checked out, you became a good friend. After check-out, the manager was very supportive and allowed us to keep our luggage in a safe room. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff were friendly and behaved professionally when I interacted with them via bookings.com. They were kind enough to allow me to extend my stay a few hours late, on the day of my checkout, since mt flight was later at the night. Food ordered were quickly dispatched and staff at the restaurant were super friendly. Especially a lovely girl called Annen. Front office Sakthi and Manish and the manager were helpful too.

Our room was facing right in front of the main road and was noisy but if you’re ok with this, like me, Then, you will have a good chance of seeing the hustle and bustle of the people’s lifestyle in this part of Chennai. Which clearly was not an issue for me, but if you are looking for quiet spot then request one, you might get a room further away from the street.

Check in experience as my reservation via booking couldn’t be located. After waiting for 20 mins I was allowed to check in using a manual booking for. 3 nights vs my original 7 nights. Left me wondering re remainder of stay. Later Mr Gowtham did fix this the next day Noisy occupants on multiple nights and despite raising complaints the noise continued

Review for Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai OMR I had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai OMR. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience seamless from check-in to check-out. I arrived around midnight, and the team swiftly allotted my room without any hassle. The next day, I had a meeting and requested a late checkout by an hour, and they gladly accommodated my request. A special thanks to Urvashi and Edwin for their exceptional hospitality!

That said, the room was quite small, and there was a foul smell in the toilet. Additionally, the A/C duct was quite noisy, which could be improved. However, the bed was like sleeping in the clouds—neat, comfortable, and very well made.

The staff support was great, very nice breakfast. Room cleanliness and facilities are equal to 4 Star category, they have a very good restaurant "Fishermans warf" breakfast is served there, lunch dinner available but its pretty costly, other options around the Hotel aslso available. If you have business in WTC + 10 KMS around, this hotel is a very good choice.

Housekeeping they do not fill the room ammenities properly, we need to call the support team for that. I don't know, it is whose mistake, maybe Hotel Management they instruct the house keeping for cost cutting.

The hotel parking is within the compound, able to park throughout my stay. Hotel room is neat and clean. Good and fast service. Morning breakfast is excellent with north, south and western foods. Had a nice stay. Have buffet for dinner in ground floor, with decent starters and main course.

The hotel window was sealed so couldn't open for ventilation. Parking is little congested but with driving skills and help from watchman you can park. Should improve the buffet menu for dinner. Also the 4th floor has another restaurant which you can enjoy if you are seafood lover but it's little bit costly for us, so didn't go there. Currently there are more bridge work is going on around, so you had to make U-turn many times to go out and return back. Also you have to catch the service road to reach the hotel and it is narrow with people walking. But if we drive slow we can reach the hotel without any issue.

Size of the room

Staff is clueless and careless..hot was not there for stay of seven days neither staff and manager bothered to recheck even after complaint. Bread toaster not working.. breakfast you don't have that much of variety. The kitchen staffs on the 4th floor are shouting and barking at the night like a circus... you need to inform the reception repeatedly. Overall promptness and customer service needs improvement.

Very clean rooms, friendly and kind staff! It was a no nonsense stay for me. I had everything I needed. You may find the rooms a little smaller than expected but they are very comfortable and cozy and super clean as well. I always worry about toilets so I was glad it was sparkly clean at this hotel. Right from the security guard at the gate, the reception and waiting staff, everyone was kind.After an intense field trip for work, I had my best sleep in this hotel! Felt safe as a solo woman too so I would recommend it all the more!

1. Tea & Cofee were seldom hot 2. Frequent replacing of towels and linen. Can be done once in 2-3 days 3. Not very sustainable. Plenty of use & throw sachets used even in the dining area where bottles/containers spoons can be used.

Very good business hotel. Good location. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and spacious with all business amenities present. Special mention of following staff members: Front desk - Avira, Frederick F&B - Vikas Highlight is the restaurant ‘Fisherman’s Wharf’ located in the top floor of the hotel. Food is exceptional and the seafood is recommended. Staff is very efficient with a special mention of Chef Farid and his team Gopinath, George, Pooja, Kiran and Ratnadeep.
