staff was very attentive and helpful. went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. room and facilities small, modest but very clean. close proximity to major shopping area. food was great!

The hotel is in the Triplicane neighbourhood, close to the Government Medical College and Chepauk Stadium. It is around 400 metres from the adjacent Govt. Estate Metro station. The hotel's décor is fantastic, as is our room, and the staff is really nice and helpful. We received the identical accommodation that Booking.com displayed. During my visit, I needed to go to the nearby market area for some personal reasons, so the hotel manager himself came with me on his bike to assist me. They offer a very decent but inexpensive menu to deliver food to your hotel. Aside from that, there are numerous decent Bengali and Odia hotels nearby that provide lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices.

The staff was great and friendly. They helped us book a sleeper and safely kept our bags during the day we checked out until the night. The room was comfortable. The bed was big and comfy, curtains blocked out the sun well. AC and fan worked well. The location is quite good as it is close to many tourist locations. An Uber to every location should cost no more than 100R

Wifi in our room on the second floor was quite unstable. Had frequent wifi drops that were bothersome. From about 08:00 AM there was noise from outside which could be heard through the windows. Wasn't very loud so if you can sleep through some noise it shouldn't be a bother. To activate the geyser in our room we had to call the room service every time since they needed to activate the main switch.

The staff service was excellent. Especially, Sarath who was super courteous. It had a good wifi connection. Extra toiletries, including toothpaste were provided. Convenient location. Great value for money

It is located in a narrow path. So don't expect much of parking space. Our 1st floor room had no view. It was dark throughout the day. Also room was not really quiet.

Very good hotel at this price. Food at the hotel restaurant is also good and affordable and they provide you at your door step. They provided morning news paper for every room, so good at this price point

Parking is not available even for motor bikes. This hotel situated at prime location, but it is in Small and clumsy street

Overall, everything that one can expect during my stay in the hotel was excellent . This location is best for those who are going Balaji Tirupati. Just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

No breakfast. Good place to stay. Very congested area nothing do with the hotel. Friendly staffs. They provided brush paste coconut oil, shampoo soap water bottle etc. will come back for sure when needed
