Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service staff was really good and responded to issues quickly.. The receptionist Santhanam also helped us with some info for touring the city.. We stayed 3 days with family, I would say overall it was very good if not excellent.. Would surely recommend for families..

Soaps were not refilled even after requesting, managed with shower gel..There are no dental kits. Room sizes are very compact.. We booked Quad room for family of 3 adults and 2 kids thinking it would be spacious but the room size was very small for room with two double beds ..

The hotel Location was superb By Walking distance we could grab whatever we wanted especially food, the entire area was fully covered with multiple options of restaurants for food & groceries, etc.

Charging Plug point socket with circular pins. it's better if it comes with flat pins because most electronic gadgets do not come with circular pins. TV Channels are not subscribed, better if they subscribe to some sports/movie channels. During the Stay at the Hotel Continues Power cuts happened after that charging plug points were not working including the TV and Fan as well, I informed the reception but until I checked out it was not fixed.

Location was fairly central to the main tourist sites, and convenient with many auto cars around. Although rooms were slightly small, but it was very comfortable and clean with all the necessary items. Rooms were also very sound proof from all the noise outside, slept well. Staff were always happy to help.

-Rooms were a bit small which was expected from other reviews -One thing to note is the stay is located on a very narrow road, so we either walked or hailed an auto car. -was slightly challenging communicating with autocar drivers where the stay was, so had to use the nearby stadium as a landmark.

The room is very clean. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but you can order food from outside and the hotel staff delivers it to your room. The hotel is close to the marina beach and metro station.

The room was smaller than expected. The AC works bit wierdly. The exhaust in our room wasn't working. There are stains on the beesheet and the blanket which can be replaced.

All in all the hotel was good and the staff was very helpful. The most negative part of my stay was the noise of work being done in the hotel during my stay. The noise started fairly early in the day and lasted most of the day. If it weren't for the noise I would have given the hotel a higher rating.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. As cricket fans it was extremely handy for the M A stadium. The Manager and his team went above and beyond in securing tickets for us too. Absolutely outstanding great communication over a few months.

Towels and bedding could do with replacing, although clean they were showing signs of ageing.

I actually stayed at this property twice as I thought the value and location was good. The hotel feels newly built and very modern, with a very professional approach from all staff. The breakfast, although delivered from an offsite location, was above average. The rooms were a little small but clean and modern.

It is located down an smaller side road and it does get a little tight with the traffic in parts. There is also not a great deal of space to stop outside the hotel in a car without upsetting a lot of other drivers to unload.

The hotel is new. Very, very clean, which is my main concern always. The staff are incredibly nice and responsive. They were willing to help with everything immediately. In all, for the money I paid I could not believe that I got such a clean room with nice bed and sheets and pillows. It is really more than worth the money.The room is small, very small but I was there basically to spend a night. Even in such a small room they had water, tea kettle and tea. And a small cupboard built in. Everything worked well and if it did not, the staff fixed it right away very courteously. I suggested when I left that they have a folding chair given how small the room is--there was not chair but a very big bed. They had already ordered chairs they said. I was content. I could sit on the bed and work too.

it was surprisingly hard to find a decent hotel in Chennai for reasonable price ($10-15). From greeting at reception to check out all was great! Clean, compact but comfortable, had a couple bottles of water waiting, kettle with ta’n’coffee & provide shower gel/towel/soap (a lot don’t!!) Was a massive relief to find a place I could relax in, in central Chennai. Thank you

The best part I liked was the service even after we had vacated my bags were taken care as my flight was at night. Also helped me with the purchase of few items.

Everything I liked just my opinion on what can be enhanced is Lighting in the room as there was no sunlight more light especially near mirror would make it more easy
