I absolutely loved the facility. The managers and the two young, hardworking staff members were always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. It was a quiet place, free from noise, making it a great option for families or individuals. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a mall and a hospital. Overall, everything was wonderful.

I don’t believe this is a facility issue. There are high levels of mosquito infestations in Chennai, which are very noticeable in the room. It is highly recommended to borrow mosquito repellent from the reception.

I've been traveling in India for over four months now, and this is one of the best places I have stayed without question. The room was spotless, airy, and a really good size, good shower, twin fans, and aircon, two windows, and while there was only a view of the rooftop next door, it let sunlight into the room. Tea and coffee were provided. The staff were friendly and efficient and happy to help. I wanted to stay a few more days, but they were completely booked out. It was close to places I wanted to visit, and there is a large shopping complex 10 minutes walk away.

Of the hotel, nothing, it is a lovely place. Outside the hotel, it's a little hectic, full of automotive shops that attract a lot of people, but that's all part of being in India.

The room was a very good size. The shower was hot and the most fantastic thing was there is a glass partition between the shower and the toilet etc. It was great not having your feet wet when you had dried yourself after the shower. The bed was very comfortable, the best hotel I stayed in while in Sth India. There was a kettle in the room, which suited me. The manager Krishna is a really genuine person, very thoughtful, he was very helpful. The staff are also very nice. There is a shopping plaza about 10 mins down Mount Rd and this is very good. Worth the visit.

The only thing was, I had to walk a little distance to get food, but nothing much to complain about. Once again I would like a sheet instead of a doona. I could have had one if I'd asked I expect.

Very clean and comfortable hotel room. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, living room area, and balcony with a TV in the bedroom. The shower was excellent and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very helpful. The location was convenient for me, but just be aware it is on quite a busy street, although the noise doesn't carry to the bedrooms which are on higher levels. There is a lift.

My only suggestion would be to have TV channels available other than YouTube.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with excellent first impressions as you opened the room door, the proximity to the Metro (250mts) was a brilliant bonus, 25 minutes from Chennai Airport for 40rps. I stayed 2 nights and slept very well, bed linen was clean and fresh and the a/c was effective and very quiet. Excellent attitude and friendliness from reception. Well done guys, I would highly recommend you and I would stay again.

Reasonable value for money stay near Mount Road. The restaurants on Mount road are a short walk away. You can get Ola / Uber cabs easily due to the central location. Short walk to the Metro train station. T Nagar is quite close if you take an auto or a cab. The room was quite spacious with a decent bed and pillows. Had a wash basin in the room in addition to the one in the toilet. A good collection of local and basic international TV channels on the TV.

Though its centrally located, the place sits in the middle of automobile spare parts shops. It just wasnt to my liking, but is not a deal breaker. Perhaps a breakfast could be included for the price charged (similar hotels offer a basic local breakfast). Had a scare in the toilet the night that i landed and reached the hotel. Couple of squirrels had cosied up on the outside of the window which was thankfully sealed with mosquito mesh to keep these cute animals outside. But i had a heart stop moment as i wasnt expecting their company when i entered the toilet.

Clean comfortable rooms, we arrived early, and we were able to access one room at 08.30am and the other at 10am - this was much appreciated as we had arrived in Chennai from a long flight. The rooms are on floors 3 and 4 of the building accessed by lift or stairs.

We knew breakfast was not available at this property - there not many breakfast options nearby it's a shame because everything else we were satisfied with

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—every corner was spotless, and the room felt fresh and well-maintained throughout. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. The environment was equally impressive: peaceful, beautifully designed, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

Friendly and helpful staff , nothing was a problem and they were quick to respond . The Location is good with a Metro station moments away . There is also good security at this property. Comfortable , modern and spacious .

There was a problem with the a/c across all Rooms . However , a discount was offered and accepted .

pros: This is a clean and newish property with courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are large and airy and clean. All fixtures and fittings are in excellent condition.The property is near to LIC metro connecting to CMBT bus station,airport,central station among others

cons: There no essential shops nearby but numerous car part shops.We traded this against the quality of accomodation.
