The air conditioning was not working, which was a bit disappointing. I could have called them to fix it, but I didn’t bother. Instead, I opened the window to let some fresh air in. Staff very helpful and understanding . I had to change my check out date due to sudden plans with my travels. The staff was very understanding and very nice. Also on first night my phone charger didn't work in room. The staff let me use theirs on the front desk. The hotel was very clean and staff hardworking in doing this. Always met with a smile

Small compact rooms but with all amenities and in working condition. Clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. Hotel is situated at a prime location. Restaurants are available nearby at walking distance.

Parking access was a challenge at the hotel due to congested road and smaller parking area. But the staff helped in parking safely.

Location is close to main road, so its easy to access everything. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. Room is comfortable with facilities.

It was overall an awesome stay. The staff is responsive and too good care given. They maintained the room cleanly. No extra charges. The place is near too many restaurants and bus stops. Also the staff behaviour is good.

Good Location 5mins walking to Lic mentor station, 10 mins walking to morden EA shopping mall, and small shop. Clean room, cool AC, powerful fan, nice shower. Friendly Staff.

My check in was late around midnight and the night staff was very professional and courteous. also during my checkout the person behind the counter was very friendly
