1.Excellent Location close to US consulate. 2.Super courteous and customer centric staff. Doorman, Reception, Room boys, Waiters and Chefs 3.Check IN and Check OUT was smooth ..No hassles at all 4.Good breakfast options. 5.Reasonably good food for lunch and dinner 6. Free drop to US consulate.

1.Some of the toileteris were missing like Shaving kit. 2.TV wasn't working, HDMI cable was removed. Both were fixed in few minutes. But such issues should not be there. 3.Bedside Lamps had loose covers. 4.Mini refrigerators / Safe was not seen.

The best thing about the place was the super friendly staff and very helpful.

TV was not working in my room, The entire staff was good, but there was one girl in the restaurant she was bit over smart She handed me over the wrong bill N I wasn’t finished with my lunch I wanted to order something more, but she was in haste of handling me the receipt and thus I had to pay extra taxes as I ordered more stuff after that.

This is a well known western hotel chain that falls within the economy range in Europe. Please don't expect to have ultra luxury of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Rather, you will get clean bedding, clean western bathrooms, very tasty and hygienic food. Well mannered and trained staff who know how to handle guests professionally. I booked this place for my mum and dad for a visa centre appt. And they are very happy with the facilities and how they have been treated with care. Easy car parking spaces. Uber is also always available. Thank you Ibis staff. Keep up the good work.

Nothing really to put you off, but just to be aware, the first 4 floors are offices. The hotel reception starts from the 5th floor.

The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. Also loved the restaurant we ordered lunch which was filling and delicious. On the other hand breakfast was also good. The restaurant staff were great. The best part was they packed complimentary breakfast at 2:30 am for our return. We were extremely touched by this gesture and haven’t experienced this in any other hotel. Hats off to the staff they are managing the place really well. Thank you.

Oh, the food was delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast and loved the buffet dinner, the soup was awesome. I did even personally thanked the cooks. The staff were veryyy nice and made us comfortable at every moment. Even the hotel management came to ask if everything was okay from time to time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Restaurant staff was non-cooperative. I was there for 2 nights especially for India vs Aus world cup game. The hotel was full of Indian Fans from overseas including me. The match got over at around 1030 pm. and people were trying to reach the hotel in heavy traffic, since i reached early, I asked the Hotel staff to please keep the Buffet open till atleast 11:15 pm for my other friends who were there especially from the US. But they were extremely non-cooperative, staff had a negative body language and was arguing of not willing to extend. The Hotel should know that they lost considerable amount of Business due to this declining of requests.

Room was decently size and well keep...Cleanliness was good across the hotel. Breakfast was good with timely room service and good & courteous staff

The food Menu especially Dinner was very poor....especially the veg food options ......the options were very extreme and pretty average

Overall experience was good and pleasant.

The parking facility needs to be improved and security should be more polite with the guests as we pay a good amount of money for stay.The security at the main gate entrance are very harsh in behaviour.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Lunch buffet was modified to suit Jain meal preferences upon request to chef, good job there. The south Indian sweet dishes are prepared very well.

The room delivery can be improved, by the time I got my coffee to my room, it was luke warm.

The location - Its in the center of the city and easy to get to any part of Chennai. Located near the Metro station which was a plus. The front office and room service staff were exceptional.

I did not like the cot that was in my room (1st room) as it was a broken cot. However the front office changed my room as soon as I notified them which was good on them. The restaurant (buffet breakfast) - I would suggest the staff in there to please check with the customers if they've finished eating and then clear the table as I had to change my plate and table twice before I finished eating. The food is yummy and good number or dishes to choose from.
