The hotel has a very good standard. Amenities were kept new. Staff very courteous and helpful. They are very responsive whenever there is an issue. We liked having drinks at the Pinnacle. The staff at breakfast makes wonderful chai - he is a star. Location is superb. Everything is close by.

The air conditioning vent blows cold air on the bed which is unfortunate for people with sinus. Currently very noisy because of the metro works.

The Hotel was in a central location with approaches to all important spots. The counter staff was cooperative. the hotel was neat and tidy. The room given to me (202) was also neat and clean. The supply of toiletries, tea coffee materials, water etc were perfect. The linen was clean. There was a road view from the room. The room service, housekeeping etc were perfect. The restaurant in 5th floor was adequate and clean. The food served was good. Overall, my selection of this hotel was justified. Worth for money.

The Ac in my room was ineffective in spite of 18-degree setting. We had to sweat in the night. This has to be set right by the management. Parking facility is not there.

I visited for my U.S. consulate appointment,its a walking distance or rickshaw charges 50 to 70 rs from hotel. Rooms were very clean n staff was very helpful. I enjoyed heavy breakfast before my appointment. I feel very safe around hotel area.

The phone was not working in starting but they repair it wothin couple of minutes. The water in the evening was not hot and wifi was little slow but I dint complain about it. If I had,I am sure they will fix it ASAP.

Reserved this place on friend's recommendation and it was a good decision. A comfortable stay with genuinely helpful staff and good food. Location is a plus if you are visiting Chennai for your US visa, as both the centres are 900 mts away. You can explore some good eateries (Ottomon's Baklava, Bao Bao & many more) on foot & departmental stores are nearby as well. The stay was peaceful and safe even for a solo traveler.

Well located and central location. Large and airy rooms with plenty of space for opening luggage. Clean and well train house staff.

The lift was odd. The door for it was slow and you needed the room key to go down but not to go up from the lobby!

I wish the message on what's app was crystal clear that there are charges for early check in. I would prefer to know in advance when asked and not when I am paying that there are additional charges for 1 hour early check in

The hotel room was very clean and size was just adequate. The staff were courteous and friendly. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were too limited, nevertheless it was tasty. The bathrooms should be equipped with either a hand shower or minimum at least a bucket and a mug.

The breakfast was decent, the spread was very minimal with idly, Pongal, 2 cut fruits, poori. Can improve the spread

The lift has an access card, it automatically takes you to the 6th floor and then comes back to where you actually wanted to go. Lift is quite small

My mum stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and she had a very safe and enjoyable stay. The staff were very professional and always ready to help . They had a good selection of food for breakfast.

Unfortunately the noise on the road due to some major construction work was distrubing. I wish I was given a room away from the main road
