The room was very neat and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The only issue was the towels, which were quite old, although the bed sheets were in good condition. The manager and other staff members were very cooperative and helpful. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to Apollo Hospitals, as it is conveniently located. While breakfast is not provided, there are several good restaurants within a short walking distance (100-400 meters)

My only request to the management to replace the old towels with new one.

Very close to the consulate. Friendly staff. I reached half an hour early than planned,and the room was not ready yet. they let us take another room for an hour where we can freshen up a bit as we were very tired driving all the way. Right opposite to a small supermarket for all small needs. safe parking available

The suite room was in ground floor and there was always some noise from the top for some generator or overhead geysers. The hot water is on request - need to request for centralised geyser to be switched on for hot water. Baby cockroaches going around. middle of busy street - not many decent places around for food.

The rooms, the well position, breakfast, room services. Auto always available, bengali meals stone throw distance, travel booking on opposite foot with medicine + family store along with daily requiring shops.

The electric kettle was not working properly. The washroom door latch was broken. The entry door latch was not working, everytime I had problem in locking the door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We obtained whatever we requested. There were many places to eat in the nearby areas.

There was water leak from the air condition and the single bed was way to small to accommodate a grown up person. Apart from that everything was good.

I liked cleanliness , Two AC, Two TV all are in good working condition

The surrounding area consisted and to get hot water we have request each time

Breakfast was okay but it was a limited - parcel breakfast from may be a nearby restaurant. Options could have been good
