Good house keeping, friendly staff, good views from the windows, clean room, good food.

Limited entertainment- only channels that requires payments to watch. Some light maintenance works here and there but it didn't bother us too much. Need to use 2 lifts to get downstairs was a bit of an inconvenience.

Hospitality, cleanliness, Kerala tradition , Ayurvedic Spa and Kerala style food in break fast and Lunch

For night dinner Idli / Dosa items were not available. That also could be included , Tariff is bit higher only. Being a KTDC Hotel , if rate is reduced it will be very comfort.

The staff and the service was good, apart from these it meet the purpose as we were on medical check up at apollo hospital.

Overall service was good.

Staying at Rain Drops in Chennai was overall excellent. The cleanliness and cordial behavior of stuff of this hotel amazed us immensely moreover the space provided everywhere in the hotel for the guests is sufficient. I recommend to stay at this hotel full heartedly for the visitors.

Starting time of complementary breakfast, it should 7.30 am rather than 7.45 am

It's was my first time stay in Chennai near apollo hospital. I stayed for 13 days I think this hotel one of the best hotel in this value. Breakfast was tasty and healthy food

Rain Drops location is absolutely very good, as it is located at the main road and in the entrance point of Apollo Hospital.
