Good house keeping, friendly staff, good views from the windows, clean room, good food.

Limited entertainment- only channels that requires payments to watch. Some light maintenance works here and there but it didn't bother us too much. Need to use 2 lifts to get downstairs was a bit of an inconvenience.

Staying at Rain Drops in Chennai was overall excellent. The cleanliness and cordial behavior of stuff of this hotel amazed us immensely moreover the space provided everywhere in the hotel for the guests is sufficient. I recommend to stay at this hotel full heartedly for the visitors.

Starting time of complementary breakfast, it should 7.30 am rather than 7.45 am

It's was my first time stay in Chennai near apollo hospital. I stayed for 13 days I think this hotel one of the best hotel in this value. Breakfast was tasty and healthy food

Cooperation of the staffs. They were helpful.

There was no internet connection inside the room. I was totally disconnected from the world. Only Tamil Tv channels and a few hindi cgannels were available. They should increase channels of other languages.

Excellent breakfast, good ambiance, helpful staff, good service. Only glitch I experienced about maintaining electrical wirings, like in my room AC remote extension caused fire in the inner vent and we had to change the room , the alternate room was full of cockroaches.

Pest control needed, but more maintenance needed as per tariff they take
