Nice Heritage hotel. Good professional staff . Food items are exceptional. Taste and cleanliness is very good. Keep it up. Rooms are spacious. Conviniently located . Value for money luxury hotel. KEEP IT UP.

The house keepings behaviour makes the entire hardwork and investment done by the management undone. You are at the mercy of the housekeeping staff for very small meniel things like coffee/tea or toiletories. This behaviour makes this place down graded into a lodge level. Services are good. If only this service is improved properly with broadmind , the stay of people can become further comfortable and you can become a 5 star grade hotel. This is the only department pulling it down.

The hotel has rich heritage looks, hallways and alleyways has lots of paintings and showpieces which enriches the overall feel of the property. Swimming pool was bigger than similar properties, room had pool and city view, the window glasses were big, there was a small balcony as well. Staff was helpful and polite. There was a carpet as well near the table. Breakfast was awesome with good service from staff.

There was no smart tv only a normal flat tv with cable connection with very less variety of Hindi and English channels. No locker was provided for valuables and it was suggested that you need to submit any valuables to the reception as they won't be responsible if anything is stolen from the room. There was a small black lizard in my room hiding in the curtains. Toilet seat was slightly higher for me and I had told reception no action was taken to help or change the room. Towels were old yet cleaned.

Loved the food, swimming pool and bar areas along with the amazing hotel staff service. The hotel is in a prime location.

The hotel desperately requires a face lift or renovation as it is looking worn and run down including ite rooms. I have very fond childhood memories of this hotel and truly wish that its current owners will restore it to its glory days. Really an amazing hotel that needs a renovation, that's all.

Loved the comfort in the rooms and those at the lobby guiding you. The lady at the travel desk helped organise quick and comfortable visits for sightseeing. The rooms are large with comfort and perfect for families

The food wasn’t impressive for the prices they offered them at. The buffet breakfast had interesting local options that were loved. The ala carte options weren’t impressive and a gamble for taste and portions. They also don’t allow autos in the campus - that’s unfortunate as many guests including us were comfortable with autos given the unpredictable rains and the delay in getting cabs.

The staffs were very courteous and made us feel very comfortable. Swimming pool was great. Location is great, surprisingly calm and quiet at the heart of the city. You get everything within 500 m of the hotel.

I travelled to submit my visa application at the VFS Global centre. The hotel is perfectly located - it is only a short 10 min walk. Good breakfast; nice dinner; courteous staff.

The room key did not work...this caused me needless worry. The temperature of the AC in the room could not be taken above 24 C. The room was too chilly unless you got between the sheets. The pool has not been usable for years - this ought to be clarified on the main page.

Generally the staff are good and hospitable. However there were some minor incidences that may dent the reputation of the facility. At times clients pay for the respect and attitude of staff rather than just what the facilities has to offer.

Great location, very good staff, comfortable beds. Good restaurant and the bar was a tad expensive but they had a lot of free snacks which were excellent. Overall, it was very good value.

Only one issue was with the delay in serving dosa during breakfast. The waitress who took our order forgot, and we had to wait for 20 minutes for it. May be a small thing in an otherwise very good experience.

No hand-rail on the stairs to the swimming pool area. And nowhere to sit down in the swimming pool changing area. It's hard to put your socks on when you are standing

Booked double bed, got two single beds. House keeping took/through my toothbrush
