Every thing was good. But I had a little difficulty in getting hot drinking water when I arrived at 23:30 Hrs. The hotels depends on the near by restaurant for drinking hot water. As I arrived late I could not get. A hotel should have its own arrangement for drinking water hot or cold!

Location - Easy to Reach- 24 hours attending Staff Spacious rooms. Cleanliness is OK. Toilets also were kept clean. Staff are very friendly and Co operative.

Minimum Toiletries not provided. Only Soap and Towels were provided.

Good stay. Lot of choices for the restaurants and shopping. Easy metro connectivity.

Dressing table electrical switches not insulated properly in the backside. It can give electrical shock if touched unknowingly, which is dangerous for the kids. This issue is there in all the rooms.

Close to Egmore Station and Egmore Metro, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast was included, the bed was large and comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

after a long time Booking .com provided me with an excellent hotel which had all the good things like location, staff courtesy and prompt service, breakfast was very good and the reception staff was very polite and guided me with lots of things overall a great stay and this mightt be my favourite den for all my future visit to chennai as you have metro train bus facilities as good as at yr doorstep and will alco be recommending to my frinds

Not had breakfast. Excellant location for train passengers right in front of station. AC was good inspite of peak summer.

Room boy service can be improved. Lights are very dim , can be little brighter.

Good location near Egmore station. Budget hotel with good selection of TV channels. With breakfast thrown in, this is excellent value for money.

The bathroom is not clean. need proper attention. The front office staff were very keen about collecting money on my arrival and collected the payment.

Very good staff and room and the room temperature that means good a/c and toilet is very neet and I am very much satisfied
