1. Mattress springs were hurting the body. On informing reception they expressed their helplessness to change the mattress due to shortage of housekeeping staff and offered to change the room. However as we had already unpacked they made the bed comfortable by spreading another quilt. 2. The room telephone was not working. 3. Details of contact numbers were not available on hand in the room. On enquiry we were informed it was in the envelop. Strange practice. 4. All staff including the restaurant staff were very polite and happily served us. 3 cheers to them.

The personnel at the reception were very helpful. I had come in early so they gave me access to the lounge facility for 250/- per head which includes the breakfast only and waiting at their dining. As i came for the visa purpose, went from there. Room was small but cozy. All items were present and lenin was clean.

Space of the room could be better and a cloth hanger facility. There was hanger but it was just above the mirror. So its like u either hang ur cloth and dont use the mirror or if u want to use the mirror u cant hang ur cloth. Also please provide with mineral water, there is RO and i have used it but i would prefer mineral water.

My 4th stay since 2018 (including long stays > 10 days) at Season 4 on Cathedral Garden Road. Happy to see they've maintained their offering quite consistently all these years. Clean rooms, well sealed, clean bathroom, drinking water, allow swiggy to come up to your door, a/c works well, bed comfortable, table and chair to work, quiet tree-lined street outside. Good value for money. What more can you ask for?!

Nothing I didn't like.

Room was a bit small but good. Breakfast was good but a bit bland. Location was perfect for my purpose of attending Visa interviews at US consulate.

Check-in time of 1PM is usually an international thing. We all know people mostly travel in buses and trains that arrive early morning. So I had to wait for 4 hours before the room allotted.

Room was neat and clean, location wise good, complimentary breakfast was decent moreover very close to the US consulate. Starting from the person at the reception desk and the room boy, ( Yuvraj, Vijay, Siva to name a few) all I found very well behaved in conformity with most of the South Indian people.

Didn't experience any.

The room had all the ameneties as stated in the listing and it was well maintained. The breakfast was served on time and it was good. The location is also ideal with everything within walking distance. BRIS hospital, junior kuppana, US embassy all within walking distance. The major highligth is the friendliness of the people they are always ready to help.

Parking - we had to park on the street and there was no covered parking available. If there are multiple people who stay at the same time with car then it would be difficult. We had 3 cars parked on the day I was there.

Decent size rooms and bathrooms and was clean. The folks running the hotel were invested and helped most travelers the best they could, like accommodating them in an Air conditioned waiting room, booking the guests taxi/auto for their travel, etc.. Going that extra mile definitely earns them 9+ stars.

Allowing 24hr check-in policy. But being in a popular location and FULL almost 100% of days and cleaning in between, I can understand why 11am is checkout time.

It's a well-serviced apartment - recommended A++, Staff is all good, the Rooms were clean, Good Breakfast and Dinner, Walkable distance to US Consulate both Vac center and Interview. it can be a good choice for people who are attending Visa Interviews

if there are a lot of vehicles then parking might be clumsy...Call the desk and confirm if you required Parking.Lunch would have been better

Good location for Persons coming for US Visa Process, as location is near to Biometric center & Visa Consulate which is walkable, Breakfast is excellent, but only south Indian, Rooms are clean

There is no sitting arrangement on Lobby, Breakfast hall U can put one sofa with center table, This much number of tables in Dining hall is not required as all visitors do not take breakfast together

ROOM, BREAKFAST, CLEANLINESS, OVERALL FACILITY AND LOCATION.

There is nothing much which I disliked. Only the restaurant service fails to offer dinner after 8:30 pm. Good facility for snacks and breakfast.
