The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the service from all their staffs. Checking in was a breeze and they always did their best to accommodate requests not just from me but the other guests that I saw at the check in desk as well. Food at this hotel was also very good. We didn't get to try the restaurants here unfortunately but the breakfast buffet and in-room dining was always nice and fresh. Location of the hotel as well was very convenient for us with regards to shopping. Was also pretty easy and reasonably priced to arrange for transportation through their travel desk.

Rooms are spacious I think recently renovated, very close to the Singapore consulate since I have a Visa processing. The staff was friendly and assisted on cabs on emergency. I heard even pondy Bazzar is also very close by. As a female and solo traveller it was safe and Will stay back next year also.

I had a wonderful experience at the GT Grade...Rooms are neat and clean...very comfortable.... it was awesome...Staff's was amazing and polite... they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable...The service was exceptional as well...the Front office staff were well trained...this was the top hotel in Chennai...one more thing...In Restaurant facility also available...it alsooo tasty and spicy on budget price... Everything awesome...

The staff are superb specially the boys were very helpful and very kind n polite .. very peaceful.. please pay extra salary or bonus to the boys in reception, housekeeping, f&b and all coz they were the best among all.. rooms are clean .. I'll give the boys 10 star excellent service

Please prepare more mosquitoes spray or whatever coz the rooms got more..

The hotel was decent, good and clean Staffs were responsible, location is excellent for those who need to attend visa interview

Booked along with morning breakfast, they are surprised to hear that we booked with brkfast. So we got a food which was very bad, they had bought it from roadside shop and had served us.

Good Hotel for Business Travels, Enough Parking, Good Room with AC and Water Heater, very clean Bet sheets, towels, toileteries. Just spent a night or so! Much Satisfied. I visited with my friends, not with family.
