Had a really pleasant stay here! Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful great customer service overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the amenities I needed. The shower was especially nice strong pressure and plenty of hot water, which is always a plus. Breakfast was a real highlight loads of options ranging from classic South Indian dishes to a solid continental spread. Definitely something for everyone. Also, the location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby spots.

Only small downside was one of the girls at the reception who came off a bit abrupt – not a big deal, but just stood out compared to how lovely the rest of the staff were.

The breakfast was amazing, really had ga ood breakfast, varieties of food, clean, staff was very kind and friendly, orders like Puri, coffee, Dhosa, came very fast, overall value for the money we paid

Centrally located, right in the heart of GN Chetty Road, with multiple restaurants and shopping areas close by. The hotel is in the midst of renovation. Rooms are city-sized rooms (meaning smaller) but beautifully designed with impeccable detailing. Service was the highlight of this hotel. Exquisite hospitality. Morning buffet was scrumptious and worth it! Spa experience was amazing. Please ask for Ganesh!

Rooms were on the smaller side for the Deluxe King Superior. WiFi can be jumpy. Recommend hotel carry a few hotspots for loan for business travelers, who work from the rooms. Please have conditioners in the shower. Madras water needs conditioners.

The ambience of the hotel is amazing. The check-in process was easy, friendly staff, good customer hospitality, and services. The room was very comfortable with all amenities provided. The breakfast spread was amazing every day with different varieties of Indian cuisines to try. My room was upgraded, and with extended checkout hours upon request. Would like to thank the Chef for making sure everyone was enjoying the meal and all the staffs for making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

She ensured a seamless check-in and was always available to assist with any requests, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our visit. Archana from Room Service deserves high praise for her prompt and courteous service. She ensured that our room was always in perfect condition, and any special requests were met with efficiency and a smile. Her commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The restaurant manager Gurunathan and the staff Trisha, Bikash, too, were incredible—attentive, polite, and always ready to go the extra mile to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Their hospitality and service were impeccable, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Accord Metropolitan to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay. I liked the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and it was quite easy to place orders for more food since the staff was very attentive. The reception is welcoming but more than that, there are some staff who walk around the floor and ask about your stay and if you needed any help or travel suggestions. That was what stood out to me since they show some much care about the guests.

Although the view is good from the room, the window was old and there was some dirt obstructing view. Room size is decent but could have been a little bit bigger for my family size since I did need to add a bed which took up space.

Central location, right on GN Chetty Road. Great staff (especially overnight duty manager, Sabarish), great restaurant staff (Ruben and team); terrific breakfast buffet; terrific calamari at the Zodiac. Good happy hour deals. Great spa with Ganesh, massage therapist. Beautifully renovated rooms with stunning design details. Bathroom was lovely as well.

Rooms were smaller for the superior room that I had. For similar price point, I had bigger rooms in Bombay and Delhi. Conditioner please for the bathroom supplies. Amul lactose free milk options for guests with lactose intolerance.

Every staff had a smile. They were very attentive of their guests. Have an eye for detail. They are quick on their feet the moment they notice you, and almost always know what you are about to want and need. They don’t pry, yet subtle and honest. It was an experience. From the moment the car arrives at the lobby, you get in the room and until after you check out. They are still attentive and always seeking out to assist you on a genuine note. Warm and welcoming and hospitable people. Excellent. They left these 2 cute boxes filled with small chocolates on the 2nd day. That gave me a warm hug feeling. Thank you everyone.

Everything about this hotel is soo good!! Excellent service by all staffs. Friendly, attentive and helpful!! Reception check in n out was seamless. Bfast buffet was so yummy!! Spl Mention to Chef Guru, who made our morning so good n fulfilled as he filled our hungry tummies with yummy food!! He, when the extra mile by asking and serving us perosnally. His perosnal touch made our experience beyond expectation!! Sous Chef, himself came by to speak to guest and fulfilled their meal preferences. Zodiac bar also was good. Prices were reasonable and was served by Jeeva who was so attentive to our request and orders. Accord Metropolitan Chennai, you have exceeded my expectations and thank you for an awesome stay!!

The outstanding staff members Sohini n Teresa need to be awarded n acknowledged for their natural, caring n genuine concern for the comfort n enjoyable stay of guests. They went above n beyond to make sure our dissatisfaction in certain areas were rectified n we were comfortable. Hats off also to the 3 managers as well as all the attentive front desk staff. Kimi from the spa was also great at what she does. The hotel could do with a review at the restaurant where breakfast was served. They were understaffed, n not to mention waiting in a que to be seated, resulting in us waiting between 30 to 40 minutes for simple coffee or tea n when it did eventually arrive was cold. We actually walked out on an occasion when it took so long n had to go to the room for coffee....really unacceptable. Due to the many issues with not only beverages but the food as well, we were sent a bowl of fruit....we just had fruit for breakfast , really inconsiderate. We sent it back n was replaced by plate of deserts n chocolate.....I'm diabetic. But the positive was the manager n chef kindly obliging to make chicken dishes, that was not on the buffet, for us which was delicious n much appreciated Really disappointed with this so called 5* establishment.
