Room service staff Vijay, Amarthnath, Issac, Amarnath and Niranjan was awesome and very polite. Management should look into rewarding them.

At 4 pm I wanted to have inroom dining and to my supriise they mentioned nothing available except pizza and burger only. Being a 5 star hotel I anticipated to have all main menu all time. Something the hotel need to look into especially for those traveling from overseas on different time zone . Capacity was high on certain days for breakfast but the team was not prepared - shortage of plates and cups for 30 min on floor for customers for breakfast which I did raise the concern to the manager on duty. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were met at the airport by Saravanan who looked after us very well and he also took us on a tour of the city. He speaks very good English and was very informative, thank you. Jalaladeen who met us at the door helped us on so many occasions. Telephoning tour operators and taxis, he made things so easy for us, thank you. The hotel has stunning decor with many sculptures and wall art. The entrance lobby at street level is exceptional. We enjoyed our time in the club lounge which has amazing city views. Our only disappointment was the lack of a swimming pool and shaded outside space. The area was under refurbishment.

It was a very pleasant stay. Its truly a 5 star as per international standards. The rooms are spacious and clean and what really made the stay pleasant was the very welcoming staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Parthob, Santu,Kiran, Chef Amir. We had a small incident at the hotel and it was handled with great professionalism and calmness by the Manager Mr Ruban Das, his attention to details and his calmness and professionalism made everything smooth. If i would came to chennai, i would stay here again

Simon, whose thoughtful and meticulous care turned our room into a sanctuary. Every day, we returned to beautifully arranged beds and a refreshingly serene atmosphere—his consistency and attention to detail were simply remarkable. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Srijita, your outstanding Guest Relationship Officer. Her professionalism, warmth, and sincere efforts to ensure our comfort made a profound impact on our experience. She truly embodies the spirit of exceptional hospitality. Breakfast every morning was a delight, thanks to the excellent service from Mrindi, Kartik, Arindam, Sahil, Sweety, and Jeni. Their cheerful demeanor and attentive service brought so much joy to the start of our day. Lastly, I must highlight the impeccable service at the lounge area, where Aridya (unable to recall) ensured everything ran seamlessly. Her extraordinary sense of hospitality and charm elevated our entire stay. In my sincere opinion, Simon, Srijita, and Ariya are invaluable assets to your establishment. Their pleasant gestures, positive attitudes, and dedication have not only made our stay unforgettable but have left us with a lasting impression—and a strong desire to return. My entire stay went well. From being welcomed at the main entrance by staff who recognized me from my previous stays with a warm, "Welcome back, Sir!" to the check-in process to the cleanliness of the Diplomatic Suite where I stayed to room service was excellent. Staff at all the meals took good care of me.

For some reason, my dry cleaning was not returned to my room at the end of the day. This happened for two or three days in a row and I finally called the front desk and complained that my clothes had not been returned as promised at the end of the day. They tracked and found my clothes fortunately and had them delivered the third day. I was not pleased about this. I was told the staff was new or something like that. I also didn't think the quality of the dry cleaning for my business white shirts was that good, You may want to change your dry cleaning service providers.

I booked the hotel for 3 to share a room. In fact I was also made to understand that an extra bed could fit within the room. However when we tried to fit the extra bed in, there was no room to move. I brought in up with the assistant manager Kartik who immediately offered an upgrade at minimal additional costs.

The hotel should not offering 3 to 1 room (which was advertised as 46 sqm which is usually more than sufficient for 3) when it cannot accommodate 3 comfortably. However how the staff on the ground dealt with the matter speedily made the stay enjoyable.

One of the most amazing properties I have ever been to. The staff behaviour is highly professional very friendly and polite , the people in the front desk in restaurant and in housekeeping all are well behaved and well mannered. The rooms are really spacious and beautiful . The food is delicious with different variety in the buffet I will highly suggest this amazing place. Definitely one of the top hotels in city big thumbs up from my side 🙏🏻🫰🏻 name should mention cathrine, kavya, raja and hari was very friendly and good coordination with our process it was smooth

The room was impeccably clean, which made my stay extremely comfortable.A special mention for Mr Ramlall for this exceptional service; and ensured everything was spotless and attended to any requests promptly. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every morning was a delightful start to the day thanks to the quality and freshness of the food. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly sympathique and welcoming. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

Luxurious hotel, fancy in all respects, great facilities and very attentive staff.

The hotel has started to show its age, on the first day of my stay one of the lights didnt turn off, I had to call the maintenance team of the hotel to repair it, the staff was very attentive and corrected it quickly, on the second day the phone didnt work and again the staff had to come to rectify it, it clearly shows that the hotel is getting old and needs some major overhaul of electrical systems.

I loved the service and the staff's behavior upon my arrival after a long flight. My check-in was smooth and quick! The room was spacious with all the amenities one would need for a business as well as family vacation. I was able to comfortably take a couple business calls in peace and quiet within the confines of my room. Due to where the hotel is situated, it is well connected to many important locations like the US Consulate and the VFS Office. The metro station AG-DMS is also barely 100m away. The food is quite good, especially from Stix. Overall, I am satisfied and would stay here again, given the need to be in this part of town again.

Despite well cooked food, the breakfast was just okay. The spread was limited.
