Unfortunately, I was put into a room opposite a building site. Loud works began at 7.30 am My room was on the 4th floor which meant I was still aware of noise from the cavernous restaurant area on the ground floor. . Adding 23% taxes to food bills seems excessive.

The service was top notch here. Staff were kind, warm and friendly. They were always attending to your needs and ensuring you were well taken care of. There are many amazing facilities including the spa which we loved. The hotel was ever ready to accomodate your needs - for instance, they helped collect tailored garments for us, store luggage while we were away for a short trip and arrange auto services for us in a short time. Truly felt well taken care of here. The rooms were beautiful and nicely maintained. The toilets were really clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such an amazing stay. From start to end, we were so well taken care of by the staff. We felt like this hotel had become more of a home to us. Each and every staff member would greet us warmly and do their utmost best to accomodate our requests. Special mention goes to our receptionist, Sabari, and concierge staff Johnson among several others who catered to our needs exceptionally. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The facilities provided were excellent and there was good air-conditioning. The bathroom was really good with a constant supply of hot water. The room service menu was really good with a myriad of options. The Dhind bar was exceptional amd we often found ourselves retreating back there for some good drinks and relaxation. The in-house restaurant next to the bar was terrific with an amazing ambience and wonderful service. Chefs would cook tableside and staff would flame grill your kebabs, adding a visual treat to your scrumptious meal. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to find a second home in Chennai. :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room I stayed in was a bit old, it was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. They were friendly and eager to help with any questions or requests. Additionally, the maintenance staff were also very friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with any issues promptly. Overall, the hospitality here made my stay much more enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, no-fuss experience.

The food was average, and it took quite a long time to be delivered. The staff did their best, but the timing of the service was the only concern. Overall, I had a good experience, but the food service could be improved.

Everything from checkin to room service, room cleanliness, the speed of service, breakfast, staff was simple exceptional I have a 2 year old son who had the most amazing time as the staff were so friendly and nice to him. The gym was great The swimming pool was fabulous And while the spa was a little expensive (understandable being at a 5 star hotel), the foot massage i got as compliments from the hotel was amazing as well. Truly wonderful stay for my entire family.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, which was the highlight of the stay. Good sized rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options, most of which were good. Spa was very nice.

One bathroom had a mild unpleasant smell and the shower cubicle leaked, while another had a problem with plumbing/drainage. Sinks needed better cleaning. The control panel for the lighting was confusing. Much prefer the "old-fashioned" way of controlling lights with normal switches.

Incredible staff - friendly, attentive, and always prepared to go the extra mile. It was nice that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp. The food was great, lots of options and it was a great way to get familiarised with the Indian cuisine. I stayed here with my mom whose spice tolerance was very low if not zero. She didn’t wanna miss out on the food so she tried several dishes and worked her way up. Thankfully there were enough options for her. Overall, a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anybody.

It was quite noisy on our floor (4th) during the night and my mom had trouble sleeping. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite.

Breakfast ok- can improve the menu for all guests coming from different countries. Room - good and comfortable. Dinner good - but not to my taste much !

At the coffee house the service was ok - can be better like in other hotels where they serve the starters to all guest according to their taste. Had to wait to get attention to be served - may be too busy ! Not much friendliness by a few staffs/waiters at the coffee house during breakfast.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, sensitive to every guest's requirements. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, tasty and healthy. The staff at the breakfast buffet were always smiling, even when they encountered rude guests.

There was some problem with the billing by the FO staff and even though it was a miniscule sum, considering what we spent there, there were continuous follow-ups by email and whatsapp. Felt a little irritating after what was a perfect stay.

Overall it was good stay but might try out other 5 star hotel to compare the service. Stayed in accord previously but still find grt better.. 👍

Very Slow service at reception during my check in. The type of Room was not available as requested. Need to stay in twin bed room. No bathing soap and room phone not working. Did not complain on this matter as it was temporary room and our check in was around 11pm. Too tired too complain. Not a big issue but as 5 star hotel the service should be at 5 star std. Need to improvise on this. My previous stay the room has massage chair. This trip don't hv.. Not sure why. As a repeat customer the mgmt should consider giving out complimentary gifts such free 15 minutes massage services or any form of discount.. It's only suggestion.
